“Marsha was so sweet & patient with my boy Kanan. He’s 4 months, so she noticed some of the training areas that we’re working on and took it upon herself to practice some of those things (teething, jumping, etc) during their walk which I’m really grateful for. We have a ring doorbell and a baby monitor in the house for security, so I was able to see first hand how much Kanan enjoyed her. Highly recommend!”

“Mackenzie loves her walks with Amanda and has learned to wait at the door when it’s time for her to come. It’s really fun to see how excited she gets when Amanda arrives.”

About: I like big mutts and I can not lie.....I'm dependable and trustworthy. I really do love all animals and I've yet to meet one who doesn't love me. I enjoy long walks to the dog park, playing fetch, and all the cuddles. Slobber is no bother. And I love animals great and small. I pick up poop. I clean litter boxes. I feed on time and give snacks if allowed. I have 6 dogs and 3 cats and work with a couple of different rescues. The more the merrier, I say. If you want your precious fur babies to receive all the love and kindness you would give them, while you're away, then I'm the girl for you. My pets are my babies and I'll care for yours like they're my own. My schedule is currently wide open and loving on animals is my passion. I do help care for my aging parent by taking her to the senior center twice a week but otherwise I'm very flexible and have plenty of time on my hands. I wish I could host pets at my place, but my own spoiled cats and dogs would not enjoy having to share the love. That said, I'm more than happy to spend time at your home. Whether full-time or just for visits, depending on what works best for you. If having me there all the time feels a bit much, no worries at all — I totally understand. I drive a Prius with great gas mileage, so I can swing by multiple times a day if you'd like.

About: I’ve owned a German Shepherd for 6 years now. She was a rescue and is my best friend in the world. We recently welcomed a Golden Retriever into our little family, and our days couldn’t be more fun and colorful! I currently work from home with a lot of flexibility. With notice, I am happy to hop over to spend time with your fur baby while you are away. I am able to feed, check water, walk, or give love and pets to your fur babies while you are away. Due to my having two dogs at home, I would prefer to stay at your location.

About: I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. I love sending updates and a lot of pictures. My home is a clean oasis for small dogs and seniors and I will always follow your instructions accurately. I am a home body with 4 senior dogs of my own and my favorite thing to do is spend time with them! I would love to add your baby to the mix. I have a large fenced in yard and a home devoted to my dogs. I provide a calm stable routine through out the day and will do the same if caring for a fur baby in your home.

“Mrs. Anita was GREAT! This was my first time leaving my Freenie with a stranger. When she came to meet Freenie, she was so loving and kind that I immediately felt comfortable with this arrangement. Mrs. Anita kept me informed through messages and pictures which put my mind at ease that my Freenie was being well taken care of. I am absolutely happy with the service that I received. I will definitely use her again.”

“Kyla is so dependable especially in the cold, cold weather! Very flexible with my husband and my schedule! My first pick on Rover, and I am so glad I found her! Dent loves his walks!”

About: Animals have been a very big part of my life. I am capable of providing safe and effective care, as I have two dogs of my own at home. I know it can be stressful leaving your fur babies at home, but I am here to make that process easier! Pet care fits into my routine really well since I work remotely—I’m home throughout the day, so it’s easy to stay on top of feeding, walks, playtime, and just giving them attention when they need it. I love having them around while I work—it makes the day better and keeps things balanced! My schedule is incredibly flexible, so I am able to accommodate many different scenarios. I have a fenced in yard for my dogs, they are able to go in and out of my house as they please. I am also able to crate a dog if that is necessary. If your dog has a specific schedule or routine, I am more than capable of following that.

“Cassie was super quick to respond to a last minute walk request when another sitter canceled. She had great communication, was reliable, and gave the best care to my dog . Thank you !!”

About: Raising and living with dogs and cats for most of my life, I know how to provide understanding care and adapt to your pets needs I’m currently homemaker as my husband works long days and late nights, so I have a very flexible schedule and can be in and out of the house regularly. You can rest assured that your pet will be given detailed care according to your instruction, quick and efficient communication with owners, and of course lots of love!

“Katherine was great with our fluffy rascal when we were away for a long weekend. Absolutely would choose her again anytime!! Our dog has honestly never had so much exercise”

About: I own 4 dogs. I love all kinds of animal, even exotic animals (but not a big fan of snakes). I always want to take care of animals, since I was a child I’ve dreamed of being a zoologist. I can help with walking dogs or if the dog needs a bath I will gladly give it one. I will groom and watch tv with the dog, even exercise the dog so when you get back the dog will be tired and ready to lie down and nap so you have to worry. I love dogs and would not harm them in anyway, so please don’t worry. I would love to help people take care of your dogs. I will take care of any needs!! Currently making the move to the Nashville area from Memphis. Looking to do this as a full time job until I can find something more permanent. Would still like to continue to do this as a part time job once I do! I am familiar with walking dogs, cleaning litter boxes, and refilling water bowls. My passion for animals leads me to provide the best care possible. I treat every pet like my own and therefore, take care of them as if they were my own.

About: I’ve been pampering pets since I was a young whippersnapper. I adore all creatures and I’d be thrilled to hang out with yours while you’re away! Lifelong animal enthusiast with a work-from-home setup—perfect for quick pop-ins or flexible visits. My schedule shifts often, so if you need care in my area, feel free to check in. I might just be your pet’s next favorite human. I’d love to host your pet, but my dog insists she’s an only child. Plus, I’m currently bunking with family, so it’s more of a “no room at the inn” situation. But I’m totally available for drop-ins, walks and overnights 🐾

“Kelly was great! My huskies are typically rowdy and crazy on walks but she handled them great! She sent videos and pictures and kept me updated the whole time! Would def recommend”

About: Raised a well trained border collie in high school and recently fostered a puppy that became a service dog through Dogs For Better Lives. We trained it for 14 months to prepare for service training. Typically the professional training takes 4-6 months but our boy graduated in 2.5. I love short, fun training sessions and consistency. I was a solo traveler living the vanlife but am back home helping my folks in Maryland. I love dogs but owning one would radically change my lifestyle. I’m hoping that through Rover I can still have some dog time on the road and take some good boys and girls for adventures outdoors. Primarily I like to do drop-in visit for walks and short training sessions. Once we build a rapport, I’d like to do hikes and overnight adventures.

About: I have always been fascinated with animals and even planned on studying veterinary medicine! Life took a different route, but my love of all things furry stuck around. I have experience with animals of all sizes, ages, energy levels, and health. I have trained puppies, worked with senior animals, and have administered pet medication. I am in Chattanooga during the school year, and in Nashville for summer and holidays! I am an active college student, but am super flexible in the evenings, especially for housesitting. I have a super flexible schedule for taking care of your fur babies! I am available anytime before and after classes (roughly a 9am-3pm schedule), but I prefer afternoons-late nights for drop-ins. Weekends are completely available. I have experience with crates, leashes, and fenced yards- so I’m ready for whatever! I’ve also had my share of anxious, panicked, and even hyper dogs, so I know how to listen to their wants and needs. Rescue dogs and cats are my specialty, and I understand they need more patience and understanding when necessary.

About: I've lived with pets my entire life, so I understand the importance of caring for your furry friends. I currently care for three cats of my own, and look after my mother's dog when she leaves the house. I plan my own schedule through a delivery job, so I am available at most times to care for your pets! Excluding Sunday evenings and Monday mornings, I am readily available to help. I have a large fenced-in yard for dogs to run and play. My mother's dog lives at my house, so I can either keep them separated or let them play together depending on your dog's preferences! I can also crate your dog inside. I keep a baby gate at my master bedroom door so that dogs cannot access my three cats and no one gets hurt!

Heather F.
“Hey- I met Heather through a friend when I was looking for someone to stay with my then thirteen years old Chihuahua, Minnie. Minnie hated people. She was on Heather's lap within minutes of their first meeting. Minnie was on a special diet and required twice daily meds, which she fought. Heather's patience and love won every time. Heather became our primary caregiver when Minnie could not travel with us. Heather stayed in our home many times over the years. Never an issue. I believe Heather would be a huge asset to any animal in her care. Thank you Bodin Gocha”
