“Lily was a fabulous dog sitter for our girl Juno. She kept her actively engaged and sent me regular updates. Could not ask for a more caring and compassionate dog sitter and human!”

“We absolutely love Amy! Honestly, we were far away from home and are pretty sure our dogs were sad when she left and disappointed to see us. She gives expert walks, did bath time - which is a total circus, and even cleaned some of our muddy blankets. I will call Amy anytime we leave! She’s the absolute best.”

“Patricia was a blessing to us and our dog. She is definitely a dog whisperer, and Lila bonded with her so readily! Great walks, great photos, lots of love. And Pat is also a serious gardener. She kept the deer away from our lilies, and watered and weeded like it was going out of style. I would book her again in a heartbeat!”

“Tram did a great job of caring for my dog while I was out of town for a weekend. She followed instructions well and sent lots of updates! Would definitely use her again in the future!”

About: I've cared for mostly dogs (with a cat or bird thrown in there) countless times, starting when I was 14. I've cared for the animals of friends, extended family, and neighbors. While most of my experience is with small adult dogs (Shih Tzu, Pomeranian, Shiba Inu, Jack Russell Terrier, Chihuahua Terrier mix, Havanese), I have also worked with a few larger breeds (English Springer Spaniel, Boxer, Golden Doodle) and three older dogs. I've had up to three (small) dogs stay at my house simultaneously while the owners were on vacation. I've also made numerous daily visits. Most of my experience is just giving a simple walk. I've had the big, energetic dogs that require three long walks a day, plus extra playtime. I've also done overnight sitting, staying over at the owner's house with the dog for a combined month (spread out over a few months). I was the primary caretaker of our family dogs (small dogs), bathing and grooming them regularly. One of our dogs had a skin condition, so I was also accustomed to using a combination of medical shampoo/ conditioner treatments. As they aged, I also started preparing specialty foods, giving medication, and administering insulin. I’m currently working part-time and actively looking for full-time work, which gives me a flexible and open schedule. That flexibility allows me to prioritize pet care—whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays. I love having the time to focus on giving dogs the attention they deserve. Spending time with animals is not just something I enjoy—it brings structure, purpose, and joy to my day. I treat every pet like they’re my own, and because I’m not juggling a rigid 9-to-5, I can be available during off-hours, weekends, and holidays when others might not be. Whether it's a quick walk around the block or a multi-day stay, I'm able to adapt my week around the needs of the pets I’m caring for—and I take that responsibility seriously. When staying in a client’s home, I aim to keep routines consistent—walks at familiar times, meals in their usual spot, and lots of affection in their own space. I keep the home clean and secure, and always send regular updates and photos to give owners peace of mind. Whether it’s a high-energy pup who needs lots of exercise or a senior dog who just wants a cozy nap, I adjust my care to meet their needs—with patience, respect, and lots of love.

“Sherry was absolutely wonderful! We adopted Binx two months ago, and this was my first time to be away from her. Sherry kept in close communication with me and was an outstanding problem-solver. It could not have been a better experience!”

About: Caring and friendly dog lover who gives lots of attention and exercise. I have a havenese at home who needs almost constant attention, he loves to go for walks in the woods and play fetch. I have lots of experience with smaller and older dogs. I have a lot patience for older dogs especially, my previous dog lived till he was 15 and needed constant care. I am available during the week and most weekends, and can house sit if necessary. I have a dog with medication and dietary needs. I have lots of experience with administering all types of pills and other forms of medication or dietary needs. I will make sure your dog and home are well taken care of while you are gone. I am allergic to cats, but can house sit if need be depending on the living situation for the cats. I prefer feeding, watering and changing litter boxes instead of house sitting. I am in between careers at the moment, and have lots of time to walk and house sit. I am open to all hours and days. I live in a house with a giant backyard. I can provide crating if necessary. I am also open to house sitting so your pet feels more comfortable.

“I highly recommend Aspen H. for dog/house overnight sitting! She just sat for our two dogs and did an excellent job. Aspen followed our instructions to the letter and had the extra responsibility with caring for our senior 13 year old. Our sheltie receives medication and has to be carried up and down the many steps to reach the backyard for bathroom breaks. Our shep mix has anxiety with thunderstorms and Aspen took this in stride. I was shocked to see that Aspen washed sheets and towels before leaving! Aspen had the patience with my welfare text checks and demonstrates warmth and understanding in her communication. She has a sweet humor and clearly loves animals. Thank you Aspen and Rover for making our trip possible!”

About: I've cared for dogs and cats for years - family, friends, and neighbors trust me to walk, feed, play, and make sure their pets feel safe. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine, I’m flexible, available mornings through evenings, and always make time for walks, playtime, and feeding. In my home, pets have a safe, quiet space, lots of attention, and supervision. I keep routines consistent to reduce stress and build their trust.

About: I can’t have my own dog right now, so I’d love to hang out with yours! I grew up with dogs (puppies to old dogs) and I have watched friends’, neighbors’, and family members’ dogs for them. I am responsible and will make sure your pet is well taken care of. I work on campus ~9-5 pm (M-F), but my schedule is somewhat flexible if hours need to be adjusted for the pet. I am available all day on weekends and most weeknights. I am a responsible PhD student and will do my best to take care of both your pet and your home and follow any specific guidelines from you. I will take your dog on a run in the morning if you’d like, and I’d love to play with your dog/cat. :) I’m also happy to transport your pet in my car.

“My boys feel right at home whenever Dani and Seb come over. They always leave the house cleaner than when we left and do the laundry. Will continue to book them time and time again. Only sitters we trust! Thanks again :)”

“This was the first time we used a pet sitter and I was nervous since we had always used family in the past. We could not have been happier to find Diane. She was amazing, sent great pictures and her knowledge and understanding of different dog behaviors and personalities was apparent after seeing her interact with our shepherd and pitbull mix. We returned home to find happy relaxed dogs could not ask for more!!”

“Nathan was very responsive and took great care of our pup and made sure to follow his schedule and take care of his many medications. We would definitely have him sit for Bentley again!”

Anne D.
“Anne is someone I have always relied on to watch my dog, Sophie. She is caring, responsible, and always willing to put my dogs care first. She understands dogs need a lot of attention and exercise. When she watches Sophie for me, I am confident Sophie is being played with, Sophie gets more than enough exercise, and is fed well in my absence. Sophie is always extremely happy to see Anne any time she is around so I know the love and care she puts into watching her is of the highest degree. I’m always confident Anne will treat Sophie as well as I do which makes me comfortable doing things knowing Sophie will be in good hands.”

Alexander R.
“Alex has been our pet sitter for 5+ years. He has lovingly taken care of our aging pets! Our old dog, especially, needed extra TLC and Alex was always willing to go the extra mile (slowly, very slowly for old Bodie!). Bodie needed meds, and wound care, and Alex was tender and patient with him. He has even won our cat over, she greets him when he comes in the door. Alex has always been prompt, responsible, and quick to communicate when scheduling, or while pet sitting. I highly recommend Alex to take care of your pets.”
