“Fast and great communication. This was the first time I ever dropped my dog off at a whole day doggy care. My dog is very much attached to me, so I was worried how he’d act. Eric did a great job keeping me informed throughout the day with pictures and quick updates. I will definitely be using his service on a regular basis!”

“Maria and Kalyan were wonderful to work with. They asked all the important questions to get to know my dog and his needs. I loved all the updates throughout the day, seeing how he was doing. About: Thank you for viewing my profile. Please read it in its entirety before sending a boarding request, as a lot of your questions can be answered in the text. The two questions i get the most are am I home all day with the dogs and how many dogs do you watch at one time? I am retired so except for running errands, etc, your dog(s) will be supervised at all times.I DO watch dogs from different households at the same time, having had as many as 8 Rover dogs at once If this is a concern I invite you to come down and meet us, to see how mellow and manageable it is, and how happy the dogs are to be in the company of other dogs. I never watch a dog without meeting it first so this ensures that everyone gets along and it's a good fit. My mom runs a no-kill animal shelter in Florida so I guess you could say it's in my blood. I currently have 2 dogs (the last dog i adopted was from an elderly Rover client who could no longer take care of him) but i've had as many as 4 at one time. Always small dogs, which is what I'm most comfortable with. I've adopted, loved and cared for dogs through all their stages of life, in "sickness and in health", so I'm quite aware of the quirkiness that comes with a dog that has a history. At the moment I’m not boarding puppies because my older dogs can’t handle all the high energy of the youngsters. Nothing brings me more joy than watching these little dogs come out of their shell during the stay. Their tail going from tucked, unsure, "what am I doing here", to full wag! Many owners have told me that when they get to the top of my hill their dog starts getting excited, they know they're coming to my house and they are happy about it. They march right up my steps with zero hesitation. They might not sleep with us on day one, but they almost always find their way into the bed by the time they leave. My goal is to have them feel like one of the pack, loved and secure, safe and happy. I recently retired after 40+ years in the hospitality industry so I will be home with your dog(s) day and night. There's nothing i love more than being in the company of dogs, so watching them is my passion. I will treat your dog(s) like my own. I live in the Arroyo's, a private beach neighborhood in Arbor Heights, West Seattle. I have a gate on the front door so the dogs can't run out if the door opens, though there's hardly any traffic where I live. I have a fully fenced in backyard, perfect for potty breaks and sunbathing. Your dog will never be left unattended in the yard .Inside I have dog beds throughout the house that move with the sunspot. I have cameras to watch the dogs when i'm not home (spoiler alert, they sleep), and WE HAVE AC!

“Julia and Yoda are the BEST! I was really worried about Buster on his first day without me. And he had a blast with his new friends. Julia is so flexible with time and as long as you tell her what's going on she is happy to go with the flow!”

“Uno had such a fun time with Antonio and his family. He took good care of my pup. Uno absolutely adores their dog Yoshi so it’s a bonus that he gets to have another dog to play with. If Uno could talk, he’d definitely tell me to rebook.”

“Thais treated Dublin like a family member. He came home happy and tired after his day with her. She provides great updates and asked questions helpful to adapt to his routine which is so appreciated with a puppy. Definitely recommend.”

“We could not be more grateful for Gregg! He's taken such excellent care of our puppy. He is super responsive, flexible, and caring. Pickles gets so excited once he realizes we are headed to Gregg's house for puppy daycare! Thank you, Gregg, for being a monumental part of his early development.”

“Elle and her husband are phenomenal. Elle has been extremely accommodating to my schedule and I have no worries that my dog Dara will be treated kindly, exercised, socialized, and pampered as soon as I drop her off. I highly recommend Elle to anyone who is apprehensive about using rover. Elle is very professional and will give you updates throughout the day and a quick, detailed run down on how the day went when you pick up. I will continue to book with Elle for sure!”

“Kyle has such a great personality and energy, he is a delight to chat with and is very kind. My pup is always SO pumped to see him and I know she is very well cared for. She comes home calm and content, which is the absolute best.”

“Jerry was thoughtful, communicative and did a great job caring for my dog! My dog is an escape artist and I felt comfortable leaving her in his care because he has a secure backyard, a double gate system by the front door, and was diligent about keeping her safe.”

About: I grew up with dogs, I have been a dog parent to two sweet puppies in my adult life, and I have fostered many sweet puppies over the years. To me, they're all sweet puppies, regardless of their ages. My 5-year old dog Edgar loves to hang with other dogs - he's never met a person or dog he didn't like. When your dog visits us, they become one of the pack, enjoying all the things that make this house a home. I work from home in a very flexible job, so I have the time to look after your dog's unique needs. My goal is for your dogs to be as comfortable here as they are in your own home. They are welcome on furniture and have easy access to come in and out as they please. There is a big fenced in back yard to play in. If your dog needs a home away from home, we've got you covered! You are the expert on your dog's unique needs, and I will follow your lead to provide your dogs with the care they need. I have a spacious, fully fenced-in back yard, and the dogs have free reign to visit the yard as much as they like each day. Dogs will also have free reign inside the house. If your dog's safe place is a crate, I'm happy to work with that. I have a crate I can set up for them, or you can bring your own. There are lots of cozy dog beds, sofas, blankets, and toys.

“Heather has been such a great caregiver to my dog the past few weeks while I’m gone for long shifts at work. She’s been quick to respond and send updates through the app and even lovelier in person. Her two pups are so pleasant and made my dog feel at ease every time she stays for daycare. Highly recommend to anyone”

“I had my cat Luna stay with Alejandra and her husband for 3 weeks, and it was a huge reassurance to know she was being taken good care of. They provided constant updates and clearly put in the effort to make her feel at home. It's worth noting that Luna is extremely shy, so at first she wasn't exactly thrilled to stay at a new place. But by the time I was back, she was acting like she owned the place! They also have a catio/covered outdoor space, and a fenced backyard. So their home is a very accommodating place for any type of pet. 11/10”
