“I want to start off by saying I have been using Rover since 2020. In VA and now SC. The last two years we have had two wonderful sitters we had been using to help us with our pets. Sadly they both moved a little further away and were unable to help us. That’s we on got on the app and found Grace! I loved that she was local and lived in town close by. Especially that she had experience with large dogs. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog/house sitter! She stayed at our home for 10 days while taking care of our two German Shepherds, our cat, and our Yorkipoo, and she did an amazing job. About: My Boxer, Bailey, loves having friends over to play. Pet owner my entire life. I try to anticipate pet's needs and keep them busy and happy. Your pet/pets will be a part of our family for a few days. My teenaged son will assist with your pet's care. I have crates in the guest area if your pet needs quiet time. Our dog will remain outside if needed for the care of your pet. I have cared for hamsters and fish as well as dogs and cats. My family is allergic to cats, but I can check in on your cat in your home. I can walk your pet individually after they play with my dog. I can administer medications and have a separate sleeping area for your pets with or without a crate. My family and I are available to be with your pet in our home setting. Your pets will have a separate room with or without a crate during any short errands that I may need to run. My teenaged son will assist with the care of your pet/pets. Your pets will have individual attention during part of the day with walks on my quiet neighborhood circle. Feeding time will be individual as well. They will enjoy play with my dog during supervised play time in my fenced back yard.

About: My family owned dogs and cats all my life. Once I got old enough to take on responsibility, I started feeding, bathing, walking, and cleaning up after my pets. I love pets of all kind and I've owned dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and guinea pigs. I will love and care for your baby as if they were my own and make sure the house is left in the same condition it was in before I arrived.

About: My experience comes from owning my own pets (goats,chickens,ducks,dogs,cats,bunnies,guinea pigs,hamsters) and petsitting (yes, even even horses, pigs, snakes and bugs). About: I was raised with dogs and have been affectionately referred to as “the dog whisperer” all my life. I have lots of experience with rescue animals because my family helps transport, foster, and support them. I have delivered newborn puppies, given flea treatments, and handled cats & dogs of all temperaments, abilities, shapes, and sizes. I live at home with my parents so while it is difficult for me to board animals at my house with my dogs, my parents are home and can care for our animals when I am gone. I petsit full time so most days it is just me and the animal(s) I am caring for. Depending on their regular schedule, I try to keep their daily routine intact. My house has a fenced in yard with a dog door to a screened in porch that my dogs love. If I am watching a social dog, I will check with the owners and invite them over to play. My house has seen many rescue transports and one of my dogs is a foster fail so my house is already chaos proofed. I usually prefer to keep up the owners daily routine by staying in their house and feeding their animals at the same time and in their usual spots. It is a comfort to not change everything about their environment while they are anxious. When I take them on a walks, I usually let the dog show me the way as they know the regular route by heart. If they are older and nap 10x a day or if they are energetic and play fetch 3x a day then that is what we do, it really depends on each family’s individual needs.

We have a brand-new 6-foot wooden privacy fence enclosing our backyard, providing a secure area for dogs to exercise, stretch, and explore during supervised potty breaks and play sessions. Guests stay in our large climate-controlled sunroom outfitted with seven kennels, giving each dog their own secure space to rest comfortably between outdoor time, meals, and enrichment. Crate rotation and routine breaks are built into our daily schedule, ensuring dogs have consistency and predictability. Crate & House Access Policy • Crating is standard when we are away or sleeping, and during rest periods. • Potty breaks are offered approximately every 2 hours during waking hours. • For older, calm, fully house-trained, non-destructive, and cat-friendly dogs, free-roam house access may be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner request and compatibility assessment. • Dogs with separation anxiety, destructive tendencies, or unsafe habits (counter-surfing, door-bolting, etc.) will remain on our structured crate schedule for their safety. Since we work as a team, your pets will never be left alone for long periods. I’m also available for morning or evening drop-ins and walks depending on location and schedule! We live on a peaceful 10-acre homestead. We do not allow free play with other pets - so you know that your furry friend is safe and sound the entire stay! They will have supervised playtime with other pups from the same household, or with just our staff! Our top priority is a safe stay.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs basically my whole life. I have trained my own dog and of course taken care of her since she was a puppy. Family and friends trust me to pet sit their dogs. I specialize in tummy rubs and playtime! I am currently a highschool graduate, and I’m going to college in the fall. To all my clients: I am still able to petsit your fur babies when I come back down for breaks! I work part time at a restaurant, so my availability is flexible.
