About: Hi! I’m Alicia. I’m a second grade teacher and lifelong Fort Wayne resident. I’ve had pets my entire life, but currently have none of my own, so I’m looking forward to babying yours while you’re away! I am very flexible during the summer, school holiday breaks & weekends, but I also continue Rover services during the school week as well. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind, so I’m grateful for the opportunity to offer them a quiet, kid-free, pet-free, low-stress environment to settle into while you’re away. I’m extremely reliable, caring, and patient. Whether your pet needs medication, a consistent routine, or extra time to warm up to someone, I’m happy to adjust to whatever works best for them (and for you). Whether I’m with them for a drop-in or overnight stay, I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Plus, I love to take pictures and document our adventures, so you can expect regular updates and plenty of photos while you’re away. When school starts (August-May), I’m limited to before and after school drop-ins, but always open to schedule overnight stays at your house or mine especially on weekends or holidays! At my house, your pets will be the only pets in the home, so they’ll get all of the attention they deserve! My house is pet-proofed and I’m very committed to ensuring your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was a child and can’t imagine my life without pets. I’ve got friends and neighbors who rely on me to visit, feed, play and stay for overnights or vacations with their pets. Would love to help others with their pet needs! About: I am a mom of 2 college-aged kids. I work from home and have time and love to share. I have owned my own pets since graduating from college. My family has been blessed with multiple dogs, cats, horses, goats and chickens. We no longer live on a farm but live in a very animal-friendly subdivision with abundant sidewalks for dog walking. My daughter and I are animal lovers and have fostered 4 puppies and numerous adult dogs waiting for transportation to their furever homes. We also volunteer seasonally with the Humane Society of Cozumel and assist with spay/neuter recovery. We welcome the energy that 4-legged visitors bring to our home. We have an adopted, aging chihuahua mix who is not very active. I would love to talk to you and meet your babies before either of us makes a commitment. Of course, it has to be a good fit. I live in the Sw suburbs and have a large fenced backyard that backs up to a wooded area. We have lots of great sidewalks for taking long walks with little traffic. I work from home online Monday through Friday. My schedule is flexible and I enjoy the company that dogs provide. I can provide plenty of outside time and playtime during the day. I have a large fenced in backyard. I also provide walks in my neighborhood or yours. The activity level is dependent on your pets needs. I always feed dogs separately.

About: Growing up I’ve always had a love for animals. We had a range of different pets, you ask and I probably had one! I have worked a few years in a grooming salon. Friends and family have made me the go to person to pet sit for them when it’s needed. I enjoy it every single time and can’t pass up the opportunity. About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life. Growing up we always had a dog, and we have had dogs of all sizes. I love making dogs happy and letting them run around and enjoy themselves! About: I've taken care of dogs (and cats) since I was in high school. I also personally care for my own special needs dog who has Addison's Disease. About: I have grown up around pets my whole life. Currently I have a small Havanese and a cat, but if it were up to me I would have a-lot more! I have previous experience watching my neighbors Basset hound and Rottweiler for weeks at a time while they were on vacation. This consisted of many walks a day, feeding the dogs, picking up poop out of the yard, and staying the night at their house. I also have pet sit for a family with two Yorkies, a Chihuahua and a bunny. One summer I nannied/ dog sat for a family with a toddler and golden doodle three times a week. One unique experience I have is caring for a blind and deaf elderly dog. I had to watch her while she went to the bathroom, carry her up the stairs, feed her separately from the other dogs, and pick her up when she fell. I believe that I can tackle any challenge and give your pets the best care they deserve! I am currently a student with classes in the mid morning. I could let pets out/ dog walk in the morning before class and I am free in the afternoons and able to stay overnight if needed. I would take into consideration my surroundings in a house before taking my eyes off the animal. I don’t plan on watching animals in my own home so I would trust that the owners provide a safe environment for their pets. I would have a meet and greet with the owner and pets prior to watching them to fully understand what the owner expects of me.
