About: I am a recently retired public school educator, having served as a psychologist and student service director. I retired to care full time for my mom, for two years. I am now looking for something meaningful, and fun, to do, and I believe caring for your pet(s) is it! I have had horses, dogs and cats in my lifetime. I have cared for the pets of family members and friends. I will be available from April thru October in the Keene area of NH and November thru March in the Dunedin area of Florida. My schedule is very open and flexible. I am available to care for your pet via drop ins, walks and boarding at your house, or mine depending on the circumstances. I have no pets currently, and no children in our home. I do not have a fenced in yard currently, but do abut a golf course in NH which is great for walks! In Florida, I do have a fenced in back yard.

About: Having grown up with multiple animals in the house at all times, I’m no stranger to different temperaments or needs. I’m flexible and understanding; and have a huge care-taking driven heart. I’d truly enjoy helping you give your furry friend a little extra love! I currently work on the weekends and have more free time throughout the week to stop in and take care of your babies! I have a young child and a puppy of my own who tag along with me on almost all of my adventures, and love care taking as well. I have a puppy under the age of 1 year, 2 young friendly cats, and a 4 year old son who adores and respects animals as well. Your fur baby will be comfortable, entertained, and well loved in our full house!

About: Dogs have become a part of my life since I met my partner in 2014, and since then I've been invested in making sure that every furbaby of mine lives the best life they can. I give them the as much variation in stimulation as I can, including playing, nosework, mind games, physical activity, and simply just letting them sniff to their snout's content on our walks. I can also go over obedience training (we got our current dog when he was 2 months old, after all). I work part-time as a landscaper, so I have plenty of flexibility to accommodate your pet's needs. I just need a heads up, and so I should be able to make it happen. I always walk with a leash since I'm concerned about potential reactivity, lack of puppy stage socialization, other safety issues and recall...etc. and as such I always try to keep my distance from other dogwalkers, unless both parties are sure that all dogs involved are "friendly." I'll step aside for just people as well, depending on the dog I'm walking. I believe Leave It, Drop It, and Give are the most important commands you can teach your dog. I always pick up after them.

“I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care provided by Carrie. Her dedication and attention to my dog have been remarkable over the years. From the moment we met, her genuine love for animals shone through, and she's always gone above and beyond to ensure my pet's comfort, happiness, and well-being. She's reliable, a great communicator, and has a substantial background in pet care, including delicately handling various breeds, behaviors, and potential health issues. I can always enjoy my time away with complete peace of mind. I am immensely grateful for her outstanding service and can't recommend her enough to anyone seeking top-tier care for their beloved pets.”

“Definitely 5 stars for Stacie for her first time visits with our cat. Stacie came to our home 4 times while we were away. When we arrived home, our cat was calm and happy. Stacie is very communicative, a kind and caring person. I would not hesitate (and will) book Stacie again! Clearly recommended.”

Kaitlyn D.

“Kaityn is wonderful! I booked her for the first time this weekend (drop in visit). She is very communicative throughout the whole process, and was great with my dog. By the time I got home from a long afternoon out of the house, my pup was still sleeping - so I know she had a great play session!! I’ll definitely work with Kaitlyn again in the future!”

Emily M.

“Emily did a fantastic job jumping in last minute to take care of our new puppy and our cat!”

Melissa E.

“Melissa was absolutely fantastic! She watched our dog for a week and was great. I got updates with pictures or videos every day. When we got home, Tanooki was in great shape and I think she even missed her nighttime visit with Melissa! We will definitely be rebooking with her the next time we go away.”

Janina M.
“Janina was wonderful in taking care of my cat Monty! She kept him very entertained as he is a high-energy cat. She played with him, fed him, scooped the litter box, and everything I expected her to do. Janina sent me pictures of him as well while I was away, which I very much appreciated! She was very respectful and knowledgeable of feeding times and how to feed him. I highly recommend Janina if you need someone to look after your furball!”

About: i’ve always had dogs growing up. I used to walk and bath dogs in middle school and once I became 16 I’ve only had jobs with dogs. I have experience with special needs dogs, old dogs, young dogs, and puppies. i’ve always been reliable and will go above and beyond for every dog. I’m available for dog walking and drop-in’s Monday/Tuesday anytime of day. Wednesday-Saturday before 8:30 am or after 6pm. In addition I’m also available for holidays! I’m able to follow your instructions, scoop yards, crate dogs, play outside, and refresh waters, and make sure your house is 100% secure before I leave. For non fenced in yards I prefer to use a slip lead if you don’t have a martingale collar or chain collar.
