“EXCELLENT sitter with swift communication. The husband and I had to fly out immediately; we needed a last-minute sitter. We put the house key in the lock box and flew out the following day without ever having met Shelly. Shelly was more than happy with that arrangement and dropped in to take care of the cats. We ended up flying back early too, and Shelly was super flexible with that arrangement too. Overall, extremely flexible and kind with A+ care.”

She came by the night before the first drop in and met us and Puck which was super nice because we were able to show her where everything was in the house (crate, food/treats, leashes, etc) as well as give her some notes and stuff! She was super nice, and Puck loved her right away which made us much more comfortable! When she arrived the next day she took him out and played with him outside and inside for an hour! She took lots of pictures and let us know how he did with her! We couldn’t recommend Nicole more!”
