About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for animals through my work at animal shelters and a luxury cat boarding kennel! Throughout that time, I have cared for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, including shy cats, energetic dogs, senior pets, and animals with special care needs. My experience includes feeding, administering medications, cleaning runs and litter boxes, monitoring health and behavior, providing enrichment and exercise, and ensuring animals feel safe and comfortable. Working in shelter and kennel environments has taught me how to recognize signs of stress or illness, handle animals safely and compassionately, and adapt to each pet's individual needs. I understand how important it is for pet parents to know their pets are in caring and capable hands, and I am committed to providing reliable, personalized care and regular updates during every visit! I am currently working part-time at a luxury cat boarding kennel, which allows me to have a relatively flexible schedule for drop-ins and walks! I am also available to house sit, however I am unable to stay nights as I have an elderly kitty who gets lonely. My current availability is as follows: - Saturday & Monday from 8am-8pm - Sunday, Wednesday, & Thursday from 11:30am-8pm - Tuesday & Friday from 4:30pm-8pm When caring for your pet in your home, I focus on maintaining your pet's regular routine, carefully following all instructions to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you are away. My top priority is safety. I make sure doors, gates, and windows are secure, use leashes and harnesses as directed, and monitor pets for any signs of stress, illness, or injury. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and well cared for! Additionally, I treat your home with the same level of care, ensuring it is kept clean, secure, and respected. I care for both your pet and your home as if they were my own.

We needed a dog walker last minute for a recent holiday and Sharon responded quickly to our request and was able to accommodate us. She came over to our house a couple of days before to meet Teddy and receive instructions. She was sweet to Teddy and understood how to treat him knowing he was timid initially of strangers. On Easter, Sharon arrived at the designated time and took him for a long walk. We felt very comfortable with her and knew Teddy was in good hands. About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and currently have an 8-year-old French Bulldog of my own. I helped train her from a young age and attended dog training classes with her, which gave me experience with obedience, patience, and understanding different dog behaviors. In addition to caring for my own dog, I also have experience helping friends and family with their dogs through walks, playtime, and companionship. I genuinely enjoy being around animals and will always make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I just graduated from college and am working part-time over the summer, so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! I am available during the week and weekends in the morning and early afternoon. I live in a safe, walkable beachside neighborhood with plenty of open space for dogs to enjoy walks, playtime, and fresh air. The area is very dog-friendly, and I’m surrounded by other pet owners, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for pets.

About: I have had all sorts of pets since I was a kid from bunnies, guinea pigs and hamsters to dogs and cats. I have a dog of my own. She is a sharp-eagle. She is about 2 years old and loves all dogs. I would love to bring her along with me to go on walks etc at your approval. I am currently a nanny part time and a part time student at SCSU. I would have plenty of time to care for your furry friend on the weekends. I care for your pets in your home and will follow any directions for caring for your furry friend. About: Accepting New Fur Babies "Let Meet & Greet" "Certified End Of Life Pet Doula" CPR Pet Certified Experienced With Senior Dogs, Puppies etc., Lots of cuddling goes on in our non smoking home for pets. Our dogs are our family and we welcome pet friends up to date on shots, non aggressive, up to 20lbs for overnights and day care in my homes. Your furry friend will be loved and played with like they’re our family. Walks to the beach and the neighborhood will be often. Yes we do allow our pets on our furniture and yes they do sleep in our beds. We have many pet dog toys so the day/night will be fun filled. I have rescued and volunteered and have had 12 rescues of my own throughout the years. My 2 dogs are Mia and Mindi. One is a cava-shu and the other a Morkie. They are sweet and lovable and 11-12 pounds. They love walks, going on rides, playing and being close. They are 13 and 16. My home is located in Old Saybrook which is smoke free. I do have a very flexible schedule and a doggy cam when I am not there. Your fur baby will love laying by the enclosed fireplace during winter nights or with me. Going on vacation and need someone to check on your home, water your plants, take in the mail, feed the fish I can also offer you these services. Rides to the vets and dog grooming. Lets meet and greet. From morning breakfast to walks by the beach to playing. Please let me know what your pet loves to do whether it’s playing with a toy, a ball or just being cuddled. About: Hello! My name is Sam and dogs have been my passion for as long as I can remember. I have been pet sitting since I was a teenager, and have always had a hand in caring for my family's pets. Within the last year I have had the opportunity to help whelp two litters of Bernese Mountain Dog puppies and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I love getting to know new dogs and cats, and have been known to leave my table at a restaurant to pet a dog I see through the window. I am the person at the party seeking out the pets so I can talk to them, rather than talk to the humans! I attend obedience classes with my own dogs weekly, and will be attending handling classes soon as well. Nothing brightens my day like being greeted by a dog, and getting to take care of them. About: I've taken care of aniamls since I was 3, I take of my friends and neighbors animals, to give feed them and walk them and bathe them. I don't work because I live on a small farm and take care of them and all my dogs and birds and cats and I can work with anyone's pets after school. I have a dog fence with a doggy door for in and out and it's all fenced in and I have very friendly dogs that will Play and keep company.

About: To be honest, when I was a child I had a deadly fear of dogs. That was until my mother forced me to go to exposure therapy (yes she made me go to a club where they sat you with over ten dogs. Here, I fostered a love for them, and learned a lot about them. They need activity and they also need rest. They need a lot of attention but they reciprocate with fierce loyalty and unwavering love. I would love to help a family continue to give their dog the attention it deserves so they can also live their lives! I am a new college graduate looking for a full time remote position. The job market is competitive and I expect to be unemployed for at least a couple months. I have full time availability and will always have weekends. Let me help full time workers right now while I am figuring out life! My anxious dog requires a lot of attention and ensuring comfort. He gets lots of outdoor time and plenty of exercise in the morning, lunch, and night. He is fed twice a day with a mix of dry and wet food. I work on his tricks with him at least once a day! I also have cared for cats throughout my whole life. Fostering kittens, feeding them, cutting and administering pills for my disordered baby! Additionally brushing my animals, playing with them, and knowing when to give them space. I love my animals and have spent my life ensuring their care!!

About: Hello! I grew up with large dogs and upon moving out from my home have had dogs, fish, and cats ever since. I have cared for large dogs, small dogs, and cats for over 20 years. I currently have three incredibly friendly and easy going dogs, including a remarkable Labrador retriever pup. I am currently retiring from a career in federal law enforcement. I am available most days and nights for your pets care. I understand the importance of pet diets, exercise, and socialization and make it a priority. My home is my pets home. We have a large 1.5 acre invisible fenced in yard surrounded by woods and a long front yard away from the road. The other dogs tend to stick together and my lab puppy learned the yard by just following around our German shorthaired pointer and older mastiff. Any other questions just ask!
