“This was my dog's first day at dog day care and it was only for a couple hours just to try it out. But everything went very well. Chang updated me with pictures shortly after dropping my dog off to assure me he was doing well. When I picked him up he was happy to see me but also seemed like he would have followed Chang back to her house if she wanted him to. So that was very comforting to see that he liked her. I will be a repeat customer.”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong pet lover with years of experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have a sweet three-year-old chihuahua mix, and I truly enjoy meeting and bonding with new pups. I work from home full-time, so your dog will get plenty of attention, walks, and play throughout the day. I live on Pittsburgh’s Northside with a small, secure fenced-in yard—perfect for safe outdoor fun. Whether your pet loves cuddles, playtime, or just a calm environment, I’m here to make them feel right at home. I can’t wait to meet your furry bff! Since I work from home full time, I can give your pet plenty of attention, walks, and playtime throughout the day. I have a small fenced-in yard in Pittsburgh’s Northside for safe outdoor breaks, plus I love getting out for longer walks with my dog, at least once a day. Pet care is part of my daily routine, and I’m happy to adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs. When pets stay with me, they’re treated like family. They’re welcome to relax on the furniture, nap on the couch, or sunbathe on the deck. I stick to their regular routine for feeding, walks, and playtime to help them feel comfortable and at home. I also have a baby gate to limit access to stairs for small dogs when needed. Since I work from home, I’m always nearby to give them the attention, care, and love they deserve.

“Liz is the best! My dog loves being around her and her family. She was able to accommodate a last minute booking and we couldn’t be more thankful!”

About: I work from home so this allows me to give a lot of time and care to your pup. I am happy to take your pup along with me on my multiple walks per day and play in the yard. My son and I take a lot of joy out of hosting dogs and have so much fun with our Rover guests! Please note the dogs in our pictures do not reside with us and will not be present in our home when we have puppy guests. We only host one guest at a time (unless it’s a family pair). We would love to host your pup if it is house trained, friendly to all humans and other dogs, and does not have any history of aggression, separation anxiety or destructive / behavioral issues as we would not be equipped to handle. Meet and greet prior to boarding is our request to ensure a great experience for all. Thank you in advance for your transparency on these requirements! I work from home and am an avid walker, plenty of availability. Your dog would not be left alone for more than a few hours when I have to run out for errands or appointments. I’m a homebody! I live in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the north hills with flat, easy loops for walking. I also have a fenced in, flat backyard that dogs love to play in. I have a 12 year old son who loves dogs and will gladly play with your pup.

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Jennifer and Devin were amazing to our 2 dogs. Not only were they incredibly considerate of our request (Christmas Day!) but were so great at communicating throughout the entire visit. It wouldn’t have been a better visit. Thank you so so so much.”

“Caitlin & Conor were wonderful hosts! Their dog Stone was so sweet and very playful. My dog came out very happy and was pleased to hear that both pups played chase together, which is not common for my pup. I could tell he really enjoyed his stay and we cannot wait to bring him back:) They were so nice, very welcoming, and very easy to communicate with!!!!”

“She was attentive and sent pictures of the walk and playing with both doggies”

“Heather and David were great! My pup had a blast at their house with their dogs. My pup played so much she fell asleep as soon as she got in the vehicle. Would and will use them again!”

“Izzy was great with my lil fur baby!!! She acted like a true professional sending pics and videos throughout coco's stay. I would definetly recommend her for someone in need of a fur baby sitter!! ??”

I treat each dog like they were my own and give them the best care possible while their owners are away. I also have experience dealing with smaller dogs that are aggressive with other dogs I work full time from home so I am able to give the dog any attention it needs and will be able to take them outside frequently. I will treat your pet like it is my own whlie they are with me. I have no issues with the dog sitting on furniture or sleeping on the bed. I will request that you provide a crate for when I have to leave the home

About: I have been involved in dog rescue for 10 years. I have dog walked and dog sat neighbors, family, and friends pets. I have Foster dogs for rescues in the Pittsburgh surrounding area. I also do in home dog grooming. ❗🐾 I am currently doing in home grooming so that leaves me available at home throughout the day Monday through Sunday which leaves me available to be Hands-On with the dog(s) I am caring for. I do have a fenced in yard but I also do like taking dogs for walks while I'm dog sitting. I do own a few dogs and a few cats. My dogs and cats are very well mannered and are dog friendly.

About: I am a Health and Physical Education teacher. Along with my animal loving daughter and family we will take great care of your pets while you are away. With my summer months off from teaching, I am readily available with short notice to care for your pets. During the school year I am also available for pet care. I will provide the care requested individually by each client for their pet in my home or clients home. The safety and comfortability of both owner and pets is my primary focus.

“Jon was awesome with my two pups Ziggy and Murphy. He sent updates during the day and by the time we met up with Jon to pick the pups up at the dog park they were well worn out from a day of play and slept well on a long car trip as we headed back to Virginia. Definitely will book John again next time we're back in Pittsburgh!!”

Mike B.Star Sitter
“Mike watches our 2 cavalier King Charles spaniels on any trip we go away on. Our dogs are our family and Mike treats them like his own. As a pet parent we have a certain way we want things to go with our doggies while we are gone so they never feel sad when we leave. Mike goes out of his way to ensure our doggies are happy. He is reliable, trustworthy and kind. As a general rule I am skeptical of most people but I trust in Mike to take care of our pets so we can have some time away. The highest compliment I can give someone is to trust them with our pets...our family....and that is what Mike provides. I never lose a minute of sleep when our family is in Mike’s care. Sam Patterson”

Eronda D.
“E'Ronda watched 2 of my dogs for 8 days when I went away. She provided me with pictures and videos daily. She even gave them a bath while I was gone. It looked like they had a wonderful time and I trusted them with her completely due to her knowledge with dogs . Highly recommend.”
