She shows up on time as scheduled and has been flexible with this winter storm watch when I work remotely because I can't drive to my diff work sites across central WA. “This is the first time working with Brittani. I had to go out of town for three days and needed to know my cat would be taken care of while I was gone. I asked Brittani for drop-ins at specific times during the day and evening, a specific amount of food, where to put doggy bags, how and where to give water, etc. She agreed and was very responsive when she and I messaged back and forth over the Rover app. Not only did Brittani do the water and feeding, brushing his fur, and litter box chores I asked for, she also took out my garbage and brought in a big heavy package on my porch and cleaned up mess in the kitchen. About: I have lived with dogs my entire life, my family has a range of dogs from Redbone Coonhounds, to Golden Retrievers, to adopted mixes and rescues. I have taken care of dogs at all stages of life, and have some experience with cats. I have a goal of being a dog trainer & foster one day, so opening my experience here by walking and caring for your pets like family is my next step. My dog at home is Enzo, who loves to play and will respect boundaries of those who need more space. He has taught me a ton in the last year going through training, learning how unique every dog’s personality is, and how to enrich and support their every need. I currently work from home part-time. I have time each day to enrich the pets I’m caring for including walks, playtime, resting in the shade, and bonding. I check the weather daily to see when would be the safest to be outside for exercise to ensure your pet’s safety in the hotter months. As a dog walker, I will greet your pet respectfully to gain trust each time we meet and fill any preferences requested such as feeding meals & medicine/training games/yard time, walking locations, etc. In my home I typically walk my dog Enzo before work in the morning, and do a longer training/play/walk once the heat of the day has passed at a park near us. I dedicate the same time to your pet respective of their energy needs and keep consistent how you care for your pet at home. My partner works most days, he loves getting to know each pet that stays with us when he is home.

About: I grew up in what is basically a small zoo. Growing up, my chore list included animal care. We had cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, sugar gliders, and I had a hedgehog for 4 years. I just graduated college, and I am looking for developing a work schedule that involves a lot of small jobs. I have been doing seasonal work, and I am set up to substitute at some school districts. I am excited to be able to do pet care alongside these other things. I will be able to feed and take care of basic stuff such as potty time. In terms of potentially interacting with animals, it will be up to the animal. If there is going to be a pet that is shy or untrusting of me, I will give them the space they need to feel comfortable. About: My house was always a dog house, now I own two cats and I truly missing having a dog. I’ve done quite a lot of dog sitting and walking as a kid and in the last couple years. I’m very practiced in fetch, walks, and being a couch potato! I’m currently getting settled in the Yakima area and I have a very free schedule. I plan to get more settled and hopefully my calendar will fill up but I would love to find a schedule that works for everyone to continue supporting the fur babies! I always find myself constantly making sure they have water, especially on hot days. I like to keep them playing during the day so the sleep quiet that night. Love to give cuddles and all the loves.

I try and match the energy level of your dog, so if that means some supervised time in your yard or a 2 mile hike around your neighborhood, I'm great either way! My dog is crate trained, so I am familiar with helping pets feel comfortable going into and out of their spaces during my visits. About: I’ve had a love for animals since I was a little girl. My mom has always had a love for cats so we got to raise multiple cats and their kittens growing up. When I was 6-8 I finally got the responsibility of my own dog. It was a huge deal to me and taught me so many things I’m glad I was able to learn at a young age. Animals are a huge responsibility, from health to sensory play to ensure the animal is as happy as can be it’s all a big deal to me. When I was 18 I started to work for another at home pet care service and learned even more useful things. How to administer medecine, how to care for senior dogs and their special needs, and how to love and take care of any animal as if it was my own. At 20 I got the pleasure to work at PetSmart Pet Hotel , although it was short lived because of my living situation at the time it taught me a lot. I got to work with all kinds of different dogs and cats with different temperaments and medical needs. From some of the most viscous dogs to the sweetest ones , I always strived to make all of those animals happy as long as they were with me Animal care fits into my everyday life. Having 5 dogs and 2 cats, may seem like a lot to some, but being able to give a home to all my animals while making them happy is such a treasure to me. I have a fenced yard and 5 loud but friendly dogs and 2 cats. My dogs eat on a twice a day schedule to help them stay on a routine and not be all over the place. I take all my dogs (except for the senior) on walks either daily or a few times a week if we chose to do longer hikes at Deep Lake. I strive to keep all my pets happy, clean , and respectful

Like all pets, they deserve patience, kindness, and respect for their boundaries. I have taken care of dogs of various sizes, including Dachshunds, Boston Terriers, Aussie mixes, and Border Collies! I have experience taking care of multiple dogs, both large and small at the same time during overnight stays. I work 7-6, M-F, so I am currently available to take care of your pups on the weekends! I can watch your pets at your house or drop by to check in on them, whatever you prefer. Thoroughly following instructions in order to safely and responsibly care for your home and pets is my top priority. I always make sure to triple-check my list of responsibilities before I leave a client's house. Communication is also something I value when I care for pets. I do my best to respond as quickly as possible to the owners when a pet is in my care.

About: For Thanksgiving, my wife and I adopted a shelter dog, Gunter! He is filling our house with his big heart and giant head...8-] I know the need for all dogs to get out and get some exercise, and that includes me as well. Taking walks provides a good workout for the pups and peace of mind for the parents as well. Having been used to getting up before the sun to walk him, I am available rather early every day! I currently am a Volunteer at the Humane Society shelter specifically to walk the larger dogs that the staff or other volunteers always need help with. This, by the way, is how I came to see Gunter as needing a home with us! I look forward to meeting you and your dogs!
