“Michelle was amazing. If we could leave her a 10 star rating we would. She sent us morning checkin text messages which included photos of all three of our animals. She stayed at our house over night while we were out of town. She followed all three separate directions for each of our animals. Michelle also asked questions to confirm she was caring for them correctly. We will be using Michelle again!!”

“Mackenzie did an awesome job caring for our two pugs, one of which is blind and deaf. We've never used a housesitter before and will definitely use her again in the future! The pugs seemed happy and the place was in great shape. She sent regular pics and was responsive when we checked in. Thanks, Mackenzie!”

“Lyz was absolutely fantastic! She watched our two dogs, Molly and Wyatt, for 8 days and went above and beyond in every way. Communication was great—she sent regular photo updates, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We have a large, energetic 1-year-old shepherd who’s still very much in his puppy phase, and Molly, our 4-year-old, tends to be a bit skittish with new people. Lyz was incredibly patient, and Molly warmed up to her beautifully. She stayed in our home and treated it with the utmost care—we came back to everything exactly as we left it. It truly felt like she cared for both our pets and our home as if they were her own. I would highly recommend Lyz to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful, and caring sitter. We feel lucky to have found her!”

“The dogs were well taken care of and happy when I got back! Ava did a couple overnights with my two dogs and was very responsive and sent me updates and pics while I was gone. Happy to have her watch them again!”

She communicated well and provided daily updates while sitting for us. We came home to a clean house and a happy pup. I would easily hire her again to care for Clove.”

“Victoria was great with my pup. She sent pictures throughout the day, took her on a long walk and out to go potty. She was attentive and loving and willing to work on the crate training we are doing. Will definitely use her again!”

“Our dogs loved their time with Kevin! Kevin was particularly fantastic with our younger dog with a lot of zest for life, he got plenty of playtime, and even learned a new trick under Kevin's care. We would definitely love to have Kevin housesit and care for our dogs again.”
“Mikayla was great! Our dog, Bilbo was very well taken care of. Mikayla was great at communicating with us and sent us some pics of Bilbo! We would definitely have her watch our dog again!”

West University pet parents share their Rover experiences
Chesnie made us feel very confident that our Belle was in good care. She was very attentive to our senior, blind dog’s needs. Our dog got the daily walks, attention and security she needed while we were away. Our home was left very clean and diog was very happy! We look forward to having Chesnie help with our future pet care needs.

Communication with Geneva is so easy. She is positive, professional, and easygoing. Geneva sent check- in photos and swept before we got home. What speaks volumes about her care is that while we could tell our doggos missed us, they were not anxious whatsoever when we returned. She clearly maintained their schedule and gave them lots of attention. Geneva was super patient with our smaller dog, who barks relentlessly at new people. Within a few hours of our departure, Geneva sent us a photo of our calmed barker.

Angela did a fantastic job taking care of our dog Bowie! Bowie is big boy who can be hesitant around new people, but he immediately warmed up to Angela at the meet and greet. Angela made sure to communicate about the best arrival and departure times to coordinate with our flights, and regularly sent us photos and updates throughout our trip so we did not have to worry. Bowie loved having someone with him in the home overnight and was clearly very comfortable sharing his space. Angela also did a great job taking care of the house and left it very clean and organized. We definitely plan on hiring her to watch Bowie again!

Lyz was everything and more! She gave me regular updates on my babies, kept the house clean, kept up with our dog's meds, was attentive to my pet's needs, and was proactive with care. She is the best pet sitter we have had. So thank you again for your great work! We look forward to booking with you again in the future!
