“Amazing dog walker. Highly reccomend”

Shea M.
“Shea is an amazing and thoughtful person and pet parent herself. While I haven't seen first hand how she handles animals at work I have had the pleasure of seeing how she takes care of her own pets. She is loving and caring and so patient with her dogs and birds. She is sweet and always wants to spend time with them. She's always thinking of what to get them for Christmas or another holiday, probably more than she even thinks about what to get people. She's loving and sweet and there is nobody I would trust more around animals.”

Pat S.
“Pat’s been doing a wonderful job with Rudy. I know he loves his time with her and she is dedicated to making ours dogs happy. She takes the time to interact with them and learn what they like. Couldn’t be more grateful. She’s also had great advice for me along the way when I would ask for help. Don’t hesitate to reach out to her!”

Lauren B.
“Lauren is one of the most caring and responsible people I have ever met, I have no doubt in my mind that she'll take great care of your animals! She's worked professionally as an in-home caregiver for human beings before, and has always owned pets for as long as I've known her. She's extremely reliable and has an absolute heart of gold!”

Ethan L.
“Ethan dog and house sat for me for 5 days and did amazing! It was my first time leaving my Goldendoodle with anyone besides family. I was referred Ethan by a friend who highly recommended him and spoke on how responsible, dependable and loving Ethan is with animals. After hiring Ethan myself, I could not agree more! Ethan had great communication while I was away, sending me daily updates and photos, which I welcomed and loved! One thing I noticed in the photos that Ethan sent to me was that he was always on the floor with my dog, playing or cuddling with him. This small detail made me so happy to see that my dog was getting the same amount of attention he would get if I were home. I am looking forward to my future trips knowing now that I have an established relationship with a dependable dog sitter and have already recommended him to friends!”

About: I have always loved animals. My husband & kids and I had a beloved dog for 15 yrs & really miss him. I’ve also babysat my grand-dog multiple times. I miss having that interaction & would love to care for your pet. I’ve been working from home since COVID began and set my own hrs. Would love to fill the additional hrs with a furry friend. I’m available anytime. Small unfenced yard to enjoy & quite neighborhood for walks. Dog park and walk along river accessible by car. Crating available if needed. Your pet will be spoiled as I will only watch one pet at a time.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs within, and outside, my family my whole life. I have experience with a variety of breeds and ages. I have stayed overnights and days for some dogs as well as coming by to hang out and go for walks. I am currently working/going to school part time. I have 4 days each week where I am available most of the day and flexible. I have three days where I do not have available after 5pm (MTF). I have a German shepherd mix (not always with me as he shared with my boyfriend) who I take on long walks and hikes so I am happy to do so for your pet if preferred. I also recently lost my senior dog who obviously had different needs but I did whatever necessary to keep her happy. I am flexible and able to provide whatever care is necessary.

I'm passionate about animal care, and I'll make sure your furry friend feels loved and at home while you're away. I and my wife just became pet parent to our Chocolate Labrador puppy. We are picking up the puppy on Oct 28 and are very excited! I will have plenty of time to play with your furry friend after 5PM on weekdays and pretty much all day during the weekends. I am pretty active, hiking and taking long walks on weekends. I have a fenced yard, however it is not fully fenced around the front. I have big yard as well can easily crate your furry friend if needed.

Faith H.
“Faith is an amazing, caring individual in everything she does. I met her through business connections as she was volunteering her time to help local businesses in town. I think Faith’s pet photography is a great example of her patience with animals. We have a blind and deaf. Great Dane puppy, Sugar, faith has watched for us numerous times. puppies are very challenging. Nevermind, blind and deaf. Faith is so sweet with her. I would recommend her hands down.!”

About: “Wag more. Bark less.” is my motto and animals are a quintessential part of my identity. I have always loved animals of all kinds and have spent many years caring for them in different capacities. I got my dog fix in high school by volunteering at my local shelter. During and after college I worked at a boarding facility for 5 years cleaning and providing playtime to canine and feline guests and was a doggie daycare counselor. Finally, I now work as a receptionist at a veterinary office. All of these jobs have given me experience with a wide variety of breeds and personalities - you name it, I’ve seen it. I have also been fostering dogs, puppies, cats and kittens in my home for two years (in addition to my own 2 dogs) so have constantly adapted my daily routine to fit my household - I have patience and experience with puppies especially. I work full time but live less than 10 minutes from my job so come home during lunchtime. I also have flexibility to bring animals to work with me if needed. I work long days so have a few days completely off during the week. I have a finished basement that provides peace and privacy for pet guests at my house. When visiting your home I will treat it as my own and leave it as I found it and abiding by any house rules.

Christine J.
“I highly recommend Christine as an exceptional dog sitter. Christine has looked after my dog Aradia on several occasions, and I cannot express how satisfied I am with her services. As a dedicated pet owner herself, she brings a wealth of knowledge, love, and care to her dog-sitting business. Christine's passion for animals is evident from the moment you meet her. She is incredibly responsible, reliable, and attentive to the needs of the pets under her care. Every time she took care of my dog, I felt completely at ease knowing that she was in the hands of someone who truly cares. What sets Christine apart is her ability to create a warm and nurturing environment for the dogs she looks after. She goes above and beyond to ensure they are comfortable, happy, and well-exercised. Aradia always comes back from Christine's place with a wagging tail and a contented demeanor, which speaks volumes about her level of care. Additionally, Christine is highly professional and communicates effectively. She promptly updates pet owners with pictures and messages, giving them peace of mind while they are away. Her genuine love for animals shines through in every interaction, and I am confident that she will provide the same level of care and dedication to all her clients on Rover. If you are seeking a trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable dog sitter, Christine [Last Name] is the ideal choice. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any pet-sitting services, and I am certain that she will exceed your expectations.”

About: Having grown up on a farm in Florida for the first decade of my life I have always been a huge animal lover. I have had experience with a large variety of animals of all species and ages. I have been an on and off pet sitter for friends and family over the years watching and caring for their pets. I have a 15 year old cat currently named Miss Kitty I rescued 10 years ago. She is an insanely loving and affectionate cat. I also currently have a 3 year old Leopard Gecko named Bronie that is an adorable chunky happy lizard! My late dog named Pancake was a Pekingese I had since she was a puppy though she sadly passed from cancer in 2019. I have always loved spending time with pets and giving them love and attention, I find it very therapeutic and comforting. I would love to be able to share some love with your pets like I have my own. I am currently a small business owner with small two kids. My schedule is relatively flexible during the week and I spend Monday through Friday traveling from Simsbury to Ellington. Fitting in time where needed is something I can definitely do l, especially if on a regular basis. I am comfortable coming to care for your pets in your home. I have done it many times with other people's dogs/cats over the years including puppies/kittens. I unfortunately can't have any dogs at my home as my cat is very old and frightened of dogs.

Breyla K.

“Wonderful! Breyla took time to come meet Maisie before the first walking and the two of them hit it off. So thankful that our pup is in such good hands.”

About: I’ve helped taken care of all sorts of animals, my own and others. I’ve babysat for both dogs and cats. I’ve also worked with farm animals during the summer the past two years and have recently started volunteer work at a dog rescue. I am currently pretty flexible with my work hours at the current moment. It might vary month to month as the year goes on and my schedule changes. I care for your animals as I would my own. I make sure they get the proper attention, nutrition, and enrichment they need. I am willing to work with all sorts of animals, and think they should all be given great care.
