About: Since I was a kid, I've always loved animals and have helped take care of the dogs, birds, and fish my family has had as pets. Last year I adopted a kitten on my own, and boy have I been missing out! While only being a cat owner for a year, I've grown to love his little quirks and affection! In the short time of having Nico in the house, he's taught me much about the importance of providing a stimulating environment, multiple scratching posts, opportunities to play and of course, to cuddle! Through trial and error, I've come up with feeding, grooming, and healthcare routines and habits that work for us both. The most rewarding part of owning a cat, and what sets them apart from other pets I've had is the unconditional love and intelligence they possess. I really can't imagine my home without one now, and hope to get more in the future. I would consider myself fit for this position because I'm empathetic, nurturing, love animals and really want more experience watching different breeds and ages of cats and helping owners in need :) I'm available Tuesday-Friday from 10am-7pm to check in on your cat or you can drop them off. Overnight stays also possible upon discussion. Could also be available Saturday-Monday after 3pm, depending on level of care needed. Please inquire about any questions. I have an unfenced yard and one playful neutered male cat who stays in the house except for rare walks outside on his leash. I also have a toddler who loves and is gentle with animals (she's learned a lot from owning a cat and from trips to the zoo, aquarium, and farm :).

About: I have a deep love for animals and enjoy capturing their adorable moments through candid photos. Friends and family have trusted me for years to care for their pets, and have encouraged me to expand my clientele of pawfect fur parents. Whether you're simply busy or on vacation, I keep owners updated and ensure your pet(s) get plenty of love and exercise every day. I'm taking time to find the right fit in my professional career, which allows for a very flexible schedule. Meanwhile, I’d love to spend more time in screen-free environments and enjoy the nice weather outside. I provide pets with my complete attention, treating them with the same love and responsibility as my own. I follow owners' instructions precisely, ensuring their pet’s safety and maintaining the home’s condition. I always keep the water bowl full, make sure potty breaks happen on time, and ensure meals, medication, or treats are given as scheduled.

About: I’m new to Rover, but I bring years of experience and a heart full of love for our furry friends. I’m a lifelong animal lover with a colorful heart and a calm, patient spirit. I share my home with five rescued cats, so I know firsthand the joy—and occasional chaos!—that comes with caring for animals of all kinds. I’ve worked with multiple dogs at once and have a special place in my heart for shy, reactive, or even aggressive pups. I take the time to build trust at their pace, always with gentleness and respect. I love getting down on the floor to connect, observe, and honor each animal’s unique personality. I’m also trained and confident in administering medications, including injections, and I always prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety. Whether it’s a sunny stroll or quiet bonding time, I bring attentiveness, empathy, and a whole lot of love to every visit. As an independent designer, I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time to pet care throughout the day. I love balancing my creative work with time spent walking, playing, or simply being present with furry friends—it’s the most rewarding part of my routine. This flexibility means I can easily adapt to different pet needs, last-minute bookings, or specific time requests. In my home, I have a safe and cozy “catil” (cat patio) where my five rescue cats can enjoy fresh air, sunshine, and freedom. They have access to come and go through secure doors whenever they like. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I always start by checking harnesses, leashes, and collars to ensure safety. I give each furry friend the time and space they need to feel comfortable with me, moving at their pace to build trust and connection. My approach is calm, respectful, and centered on their comfort.

About: I have been taking care of my own animals since I got my first cat when I was 3 years old. I have also adopted many animals over the years. I am Broadway actor and performer. I was injured on my most recent job and am now looking for suplemental work while I seek treatment. I have plenty for free time while I rest and recover so this is the perfect time to pet sit your baby! I would love to meet your fur baby and get to know their needs. I know how difficult it is to be away from my babies so trust in your sitter is very important.

About: I have always had a love and passion for animals, especially cats and dogs. I don't think I have ever come across a furry friend who I did not like and want to cuddle. I have taken care of some dogs into their senior years and through their rainbow bridge crossing, and will always strive to do what is best for any pet. I am currently in nursing school and am typically free most days after 12PM except on Wednesdays. So please feel free to reach out to me and let's try to schedule a time that works best for you, your pet, and myself! I treat my pets as my own children. I routinely check them for any bumps or lumps anytime I am petting them, I also make sure to see if there are any signs of stress that I can alleviate by changing something about their environment. When it comes to your pet, I will treat them just like you and I hope to make your fur baby feel like you never left the house.

About: I’m very attentive and I love bonding with dogs they are just very calm and can be anyone’s best friend I will be one of them It would fit perfectly with me because I am currently in school but I would love a flexible schedule also so I can be on top of everything I don’t have any but I would like to learn and also see how I can communicate with them and take care of them and feel safe

About: I've had pets my entire life. I understand that they're a treasured member of the family. I love giving animals whatever type of attention they need and I'm extremely patient with them. I'm equally comfortable with dogs & cats (and pretty much everything except orca whales). Overnight stays, walks, giving medication, litter boxes, feeding, you name it. Petting animals is good for our mental health, so let's meet more pets! I work full time in an office Mon-Thurs with an hour commuteon each end. While I can do overnight house sitting, I'm gone all day (12hrs) at work so not available for walks/potty breaks. I work remotely on Fridays, so lots of flexibility. I have two extremely particular kitties at home, so unfortunately I cannot offer care in my own home. But I am happy to come to yours!

About: Ive grown up with dogs almost my entire life. I currently have a 6lb Yorkie who loves to play and is very friendly with other dogs. I currently work from home with a schedule full of flexibility so your baby would never be alone and can get the attention require and need! I live in a huge gated apartment community with plenty of room to walk, run and play! A couple of walks around the complex is great cardio and after that its usually time for a nap.

About: Looking for a trusted and loving pet sitter? Look no further! With over 15 years of experience and a genuine love for animals, I have been providing exceptional pet care in Los Angeles. I was fortune enough to work closely with the franchise owner of Fetch Pet Care of the South Bay/Hermosa Beach as a reliable professional pet sitter for many years. I learned a lot, caring for families and their beloved fur babies. I worked all along the South Bay from Gardena and through all cities along the coast. When the franchise went out of business in 2018, I sought out to expand my knowledge with animals and worked as a Veterinary Technician for 9 years. I dedicated so much of my time, energy, and emotions to all the animals and families and I couldn’t be more proud, honored, and so grateful for everything I experienced in the animal health industry. In 2021 during the pandemic I unfortunately experienced a major burn out and compassion fatigue I decided to make a difficult decision and close that chapter of life due to health reasons. Despite not working in the animal field anymore I never stopped loving and caring for animals. I decided to continue pet sitting in my free time while away from my current job as a quality inspector. Pet sitting has always been a passion of mine, I love meeting new people and spending time with animals giving all the attention, love and care they deserve. With all the years of experience in the animal care field I’m confident and excited to help with all your walking/feeding/medication administration needs. I will always treat them all as my own. Can't wait to meet you and your babies! :) I am currently working part time as my mother’s caregiver and on my free time I do pet sitting. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out. I am available for in home overnight pet care from 7pm 7am. At this time I am not offering any boarding services at my home.

“Jive was punctual, responsive and helpful. Above ask else she cared for our Toby like he was her own. She gave love and even helped him down the stairs s as he was anxious about safely getting to the main floor.”

About: Dogs will always hold a special spot in my heart. I’ve been caring for dogs since I first got one at the age of 8. When friends and family are out of town, I’m the first they think of to care for their babies. I’m currently working from home and love getting out for walks with my pup- whether they are quick breaks or long. I’d love to help those who aren’t as lucky with their time for their dogs! I have a fenced in patio area that my dog likes to lounge in when sunbathing. I also have a very dog friendly community that can allow for lots of exercise.

About: Animal lover since a young age! Have fostered many cats/kittens/dogs in the past as well as volunteered with non-profit rescue organizations. Currently a mom to a one eyed cat! I am currently a student working a part time job that permits me to have a flexible schedule. Willing to accommodate you and your babies needs! I have a reliable car to safely transport your fur baby and the knowledge and experience necessary to have your trust. Huge communicator that will reach out to owner to make sure you’re baby is well taken care of if any specific/special requests/instructions are needed.

About: I have always helped look after my roommate's cats and dogs since I was 18. The last year as a nanny I've been taking care of and doing light training with the new pup to the fam, Zion. I love taking her for walks, cuddling and watching our favorite shows, feeding her at her designated meal times, and working on simple commands like "sit" "come here" "down" and "stay". I am fortunate to have a pretty flexible schedule. I teach pilates in the morning (never more than 3 hours at a time typ 8-11am) and then I nanny in the afternoons 3-6pm. So, my afternoon are completely free for walks and even at my nanny job I can watch dogs with Zion (she'd love and is a super friendly tiny labrador-husky-aussie cattle mutt). If you don't want your dog co-mingling with other doggos and just need somebody to sit, I am free to let out and hang with them for pee breaks early morning, afternoons, and nighttime. My schedule is very movable! Unfortunately, my apartment does not allow pets. Otherwise, I would love to have them over at my place. So, I am really only available for dog walking and in-house care. I have a dog hammock for my car to transport dogs in my back seat and minimize hair shed.

Ryan O.
“I’ve known Ryan for about six years now, and there’s not a moment I’m not thankful for the presence he’s had in my boys’ lives. I have two cats and a small chihuahua, and the boys just light up when they get to see him. Trustworthy people are hard to find when it comes to your fur babies—whether it’s a walk or an overnight stay—but Ryan’s love for animals and his knowledge will always make him first on my list to care for my boys.”

Kyle C.
“Kyle is great with both cats and dogs He always takes such good care of my dog when he comes and dog sits for us. He is both attentive and caring. I think my dog is more excited to see him than me. He always makes sure to lock up properly before leaving and he gives our cats lots of attention and treats as well. I definitely recommend Kyle to dog sit or cat sit for anyone.”

My cat Nadja used to be a stray and gravitated to Teah’s warm & kind personality. I ended up adopting Nadja after Teah took her in and cared for her as if she were her own cat. Your pets will be in great hands with Teah. She’ll love and care for your pet as if a member of her own family.”
