About: I have rescued dogs for over 20 years. I now rescue seniors. I have had dogs all my life and love all pups as my own. I work from home. I can work from anywhere. I will stay with your pet almost 24/7 if needed. Love to sit outside with them or walk with them I would have to stay at your home as I have four rescues now and my home owners will not allow. I will be happy to stay at your home and take care of your babies as if they were my own

About: Hello I have worked at a veterinarian clinic in my home town for 3+ years now and I am looking for some jobs here in Starkville while I am away and would love to help take care of any animals. As a full time student I think pet care will be easy to fit into my schedule daily or weekly any time that is needed. You can trust in my care of your pets as I worked at an all animal clinic so I have experience with many different animals and things to do in emergency situations.

About: I have always loved and cared for all animals, my family has consistently kept at least 1 dog and 1 cat in the household, and I became an active caretaker of our animals around age 9. Although I began with my family pets, I have consistently taken care of others animals for 2 years. In that time I have worked with many dog sizes and their resulting personalities. Additionally I have experience handling multiple animals at once. I enjoy getting to know each animal and finding what they like and need. I keep things calm and consistent so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I am in college, so my schedule is subject to change—please check my calendar for the most up-to-date availability. I will be traveling between Starkville and Laurel areas in Mississippi. I live in town and like to keep dogs (and myself) active with regular walks and time outside. I pay attention to how each pet behaves so I can adjust to what they’re comfortable with, whether that’s pace, distance, or time. I will follow your instructions closely and make sure your pet stays safe and your home is respected. I will also keep communication clear to ensure you are aware of any events.

About: I have a half acre fenced in yard, a 20x10 run pen, have fostered senior dogs and puppies for the shelter near us, I have worked with trainers before on how to get tips for our own dogs so I can be better equipped to care of others as well. I can also care for almost any animal at my house while you need a sitter. Small to tall! (Sorry I don’t have the set up for horses) Fish to big and small dogs, all the way to reptiles! I have experience with all of them. Daily, your animal will be watched 24/7. I strive to make sure every animal in my care is cared for like my own. So, your animal will never be left for more than a hour or two (the occasional doctors appointment). They will also be taken care of just like my own in they will get PLENTY of exercise! My dogs and dogs I watch are crated when we are not home. (Of course without collars on!) I spend at the very least 2 hours per day exercising with my dogs in the backyard. High energy dogs need outlets! I have experience from Yorkies to Shepherds to Belgians.

About: My dog Lucy and I love to play. We go for 30-minute walks (at least) every day, run around and play fetch in the backyard, and play tug of war with her toys throughout the day. We would love for your pet to join us! When I was little, I was the hired pet sitter in the neighborhood, plus I also had my own pets growing up. As an adult, I've had my own pets and have been hired to pet-sit for several friends' dogs and cats, both short- and long-term gigs, over the years. I have experience administering oral medication to both dogs and cats and some dog grooming experience (although grooming is not my passion, ha). Weekends are when I consistently have the most time to focus on your pet, but I sometimes have some availability on weekdays. Just ask and I'll see what I can do! We have a fenced-in backyard (tall wooden fence) that is the size of an additional lot. The yard has a few shade trees and is mostly open grass. We have several toys to play with, both in the backyard and inside, including a water sprinkler. Your dog will not be left unattended in my care unless I need to run an errand briefly and they are secured according to your instructions (crated, etc.) We have a large dog crate your dog can use if you'd like so you don't have to bring yours back and forth. There are several safe places to go for walks nearby with lots of grassy areas.

During the week I have a full-time job from 8a-5p. I have an hour lunch that I could walk pets during. On the weekends, I try to be with your pets as much as possible. I may need to run random errands. Your pet won’t be unattended for longer than you are comfortable with. We can discuss what your specific needs/wants are prior to pet care. I treat all dogs as if they were my own. I know each person cares for their pets in different ways and I try to accommodate any requests made •I live with my fiancé, who is a big animal lover. I will be taking care of your pets, but for full transparency like to let you know there’s another person in the home. I also have a cat, she minds her own business. I can always keep her separate from your pets if they are not good with cats. When sitting, I try to not schedule any other events so I can be with your pet as much as possible. During the week I work 8a-5p with an hour lunch. On the weekends I normally leave it open for pet sitting and will not go anywhere besides a random errand if needed. I accommodate almost all requests no matter how unique. Special diet, nightly routines, or any activities you do with your pets I try to follow

About: I’ve worked in a cat, dog, and exotic kennel for 3 years at a veterinary clinic. I have over 500 hours in small animal husbandry and I also shadow and work with a veterinarian during the summer. This experience has made me extremely versed in reading animal body language as well as being detailed oriented when it comes to pristine care for pets no matter if they are puppies, kittens or seniors citizens. In addition, I am a pre-vet major at Mississippi State University and plan to pursue veterinary medicine in the future. Taking care of furry friends is my passion and I’d love to provide service to you! I’m currently on break from college and work at a veterinary clinic during the weekends as veterinary assistant and kennel technician. I choose to provide pet-sitting and walking services during the week to serve my community while still balancing schoolwork and veterinary hours. Your pet fits perfectly into my planned schedule so that I can provide intentional, safe care for them! At a client’s home I like to go through a detailed talk to discuss feeding times, play date times, as well as triggers for each pet in order to keep all of us safe and happy.

About: I have worked with various breeds from a Newfoundland to a Pomeranian. My family owns two dogs that have had two litters of puppies so I have experience with dogs from new born to seniors. I also have a two furbabies of my own. I’m highly motivated and energetic, I don’t mind taking high energy dogs for long walks/ runs or just snuggling up and comforting dogs with separation anxiety. I don’t mind taking your dog on field trips, weather it’s to the lake or the dog park or just playing inside on rainy days! I love all breeds of dogs even ones considered “bully breeds” those are the sweetest in my opinion. For dog boarding if you have your dogs trained a certain way (staying off furniture) I can certainly enforce that while they are at my house. I can also work with any other needs like that if it is needed. Such as if your dogs do not get along with other dogs I can always put mine up in their room. The dogs will always meet in a neutral area before brought in the house to make sure they get along! I am currently attending school online so my schedule is open and very flexible! Whether your dog just needs a walk midday, someone to feed them while you’re at work, or someone to come stay with them/ to come stay with me and my pup because they aren’t good alone at home! I am currently in an house it does not have a fenced in backyard but i do have a big backyard and tie outs. I also have 2 furbabies to keep your pup comapany! If your dog is reactive i will make sure to keep a close eye on our surroundings while on walks!

About: I’ve worked in a vet clinic for 4 years where I have learned how to properly take care of animals. I also dog sit for neighbors and friends which include feeding, bathing, administering medicine, walking and spending the night with their animals. I will be able to stop by between, before or after classes. I will also be able to stop by on weekends or on my lunch break. I do work a part time job and I am a full time student but I will fit this into my schedule between classes or after work. I will build up a trust with your pet and treat them like one of my own. I will either leash walk them to go potty or let them out in a fenced in back yard.
