Pet Sitting West Park

About: Growing up with 6 dogs in our home at once, I have a special connection and love for animals. Working with rescues, pure breed dogs, females in heat and knowing how to whelp, has given me plenty of experience. I have been boarding dogs in my home for over 7 years. I am home full time, with the occasional errand to run. There is a place to hike, with great trails, right up the road from my home. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can run, play and hangout in the sun. I live on 9 acers, for us to explore and go for walks. I have dogs of my own, so your dog will have plenty of socialization and play time. Raw food diet or special dietary issues are not a problem. Meet and greet is required for all potential stays.

About: I really love being around animals as they bring a lot of joy. Over the years I have pet sat for various family friends, co-workers, colleagues, and friends of friends pets. While pet sitting not only have I been responsible to feed the pets, give them water, let them out to relieve themselves, clean up after the pets, and take them out for a walk but I also have looked after the house. Additionally, I have been working for a company so couples beloved dogs can attend their weddings. Previously, I have volunteered by fostering dogs and dog walking. I am available most weekends and off most holidays. I do work full time so if it is anything during the week I do not get home until after 5 pm. Anything during the week I need to know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. I would care for your pets as one of my own. I am flexible and come to your pets home so they are comfortable in their own environment.

About: I am currently a vet-tech student. I am fear-free certified. I know the scramble for pet care and how scary it can be to trust someone new with your pets. I hope to ease those fears and you can know your pet is getting the care they need. I am currently a student so my schedule varies, and I am looking for a part time job to fill in some gaps. This would also provide me the flexibility ot take on pet-care when my schedule allows so that the care level is never compromised. I will adhere to any rules or weird quirks your pet may have developed. For example growing up our dog would only eat if you made him think it was cooked the same way human food was cooked. We had to do a whole thing on the stove to seem like we were stirring it to fully cooked. I will always be mindful of any openings in yards and be sure they're closed off or that the pet is leashed properly before any door is opened.

About: I grew up around dogs, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve helped take care of my friends’ dogs, including Pip, whom I’ve watched since he was a puppy, and Martha, a more senior dog. I’ve handled walking, feeding, playtime, and just generally making sure they’re comfortable and well cared for. I’m very responsible and understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I take that responsibility seriously and treat every dog as if they were my own. It means a lot to me to be given the opportunity to care for your furry friend. : ) I actually just graduated from university, but I can be flexible with my schedule depending on what you and your doggie needs. If there’s a particular time that you’re looking for, feel free to let me know and we can work something out! (I’m actually in the middle of a move so I won’t be available to watch any doggies for a bit :’) but I’ll update my profile with new info as soon as I can) I live in a single on campus, with a decently sized room for any small or medium sized doggies, and there is a fenced in track behind my building/apartment if they wanna just run around with me for a while.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was about 10 years old. I currently volunteer at our local animal shelter and have a dog of my own I rescued in college. I also rescued a cat when I was a bit younger and working in the foster system with cats. I genuinely love pets so much and have experience with older pets, administering medication, puppies, and even aggressive dogs. I’m currently working full-time for the leasing office at the property I live at. I love my job because my own furry companion comes to work with me everyday. I have completely free time on weekends to care for your furry friends and am free most weekday afternoons and can make windows of time throughout the week. My dog and I live in an apartment building and he was crate trained when he was a puppy. I would walk your dog using whatever harness/leash you prefer making sure their paws are safe and are well taken care of. I can give them enrichment time from doing training, playing with toys, or running around outside if there is a place they can do so safely.

“Christina provided excellent care for our cat Odin when we were away for 2 weeks. We hired her to come in twice a day to feed him, play, and grab our mail. She sent us pictures and updates every day, and you could tell that Odin was having a great time. When we came home she had taken the cans out to the recycling, his litter was clean and he had recently been brushed. Best of all we had a happy cat who had been well taken care of and it showed. Also worth noting is that throughout the hiring and care process she she has been very prompt with communication, responding within an hour (usually less) which is a quality that I appreciate. About: I am a very compassionate person who loves all animals! I can’t even kill a spider. I have a dog of my own who is my whole world. I have done housesitting numerous times for clients who are away on vacation. I would love to care for your animal while you’re away or at work! I am not currently working full-time at the moment so my availability is pretty flexible! I am working per-diem as a nurse so I will update my availability accordingly I keep my dog on a leash when needed but can let them free roam if well-behaved. I am able to crate your dog if needed.
