“I’d give Sierra 10000000 stars if a rover let me!! I NEVER have left my kitties with a stranger, EVER. My partner and I had to leave for two weeks for a memorial/family situation. I found Rocer, and looked at several folks. I messaged 4 potentials. Sierra answered my request almost immediately with a kind greeting and arranged a meet and greet. What a truly lovely person, immediately got a great vibe from her. ! Win #1 Since I have 3 rescue Persian kitties, who need extra tlc and daily eye cleanings, she told me she DID RESEARCH on persian cats before she came over. Win #2. She LOVES cats and helps at a rescue shelter Win #3 She brought little chicken treats with her, and quickly won over the kitties. Win #4. We had a really nice chat, showed her how to take care of the kitties and wipe their eyes. You can absolutely tell she is an animal person. Such a beautiful spirit. As terrified as I was about bring gone so long, I knew she was my choice. She sent photos and video EVERYDAY. Once or twice the app was behind and I texted her she IMMEDIATELY responded and resent any photos and videos I didn’t get bc of technical issues. (Not her fault). She spent extra time with all my kitties, went absolutely above and beyond with each of them, brushing them and cuddling them. Win #6 or was it #7 or #8? I lost track of how much WIN Sierra merits. When I came home, all the kitties were happy, healthy, and clearly well taken care of. I would absolutely hire her again in a skinny minute if I needed a kitty caregiver. My kitties adore her, and do I!! Thank you Sierra! You’re amazing! ❤️❤️❤️”

Whether it’s a fun walk, playtime, or just some extra attention, I treat every pup like they’re my own. I’m also great at following instructions to make sure your dog’s routine stays consistent and stress-free. I work a hybrid role in the tech industry based in the Mid-Hudson Valley, with standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. I'm in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, but outside of those times, I offer flexible availability. I kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice to ensure I can plan and provide the best possible care. I take pet safety and comfort very seriously when caring for them in their own space. I follow all client instructions closely and make sure pets feel secure and relaxed in their familiar environment. I always double-check that doors and gates are secure, keep a close eye during walks, and never leave pets unattended. Building trust—with both you and your dog—is my top priority, and I aim to create a calm, caring experience every visit.

About: Hi I’m Angie :). I have loved and cared for pets since I was 8 years old. From cats to dogs to turtles and birds I truly love all creatures big and small. I have experience with caring for older dogs and cats as well as young pups and kittens. I am an avid walker and love active animals with high energy. Currently my schedule has maximum availability for all seven days of the week :). I will however be starting a part time position soon which would leave most of my availability to weekdays and some weekends I currently do not offer pet care in my personal home as my house mate has severe allergies. I do however pet sit on location.

About: My family always had many pets in the house. From a very early age I learned how to be nurturing, caring, and dependable. I work in the human services field aspiring to be a clinical social worker. My full-time job is in children services including respite care and comprehensive case management experience. I consider myself a deeply caring individual that animals seem safe and calm to be around. Any and all ages of dogs and cats are welcome -- I will do everything I can to ensure your favorite companion is well taken care of! I think to start I would like to do weekends. I generally work 9-5pm so I can be flexible in the evenings as well. I'm open. I put the animal first, gauge their comfortability, and remain highly perceptive to behavior and environment. I have experience managing big dogs and puppies (100+) on leads, in highly populated areas (Downtown Brooklyn), and feel confident in my care-taking abilities. In the past I have babysat and nannied children. In my current role I often have home visits with my families (many of which have various species of pets).

About: Growing up with 6 dogs in our home at once, I have a special connection and love for animals. Working with rescues, pure breed dogs, females in heat and knowing how to whelp, has given me plenty of experience. I have been boarding dogs in my home for over 7 years. I am home full time, with the occasional errand to run. There is a place to hike, with great trails, right up the road from my home. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can run, play and hangout in the sun. I live on 9 acers, for us to explore and go for walks. I have dogs of my own, so your dog will have plenty of socialization and play time. Raw food diet or special dietary issues are not a problem. Meet and greet is required for all potential stays.
