“Ann graciously took my appointment last minute and showed up on time. Took him for an hour walk. She was very communicative. Would definitely use her again and recommend her.”

About: I’ve worked in the professional animal care industry for 3 years and have owned pets for 12. I’ve worked in training, grooming, pet care, and veterinary care for cats and dogs. I work part time and have many days available for pet sitting, walking, and spending quality time with them! I can even do extra visits as I have lots of free time. I’m a runner and spend many hours outside and can do so with your pet! I always keep pets leashed when outside and never treat them to table scraps. Owners instructions are top priority and will be done and followed above all.

“Max absolutely loved Jessie & her daughter. Was super excited to see her. Walk went great & he behaved better for her than for me. Excited for her to continue to walk Max!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for most of my life. Animals have always been a part of my family. I have been fostering a cat for a friend for a few months, and have taken care of a friends 3 massive dogs. Taken them on walks, fed them, and played with them. I am currently in school full-time online only and my children are in school from 7:30-4:30pm Monday through Friday. I am available to care for pets and go on walks. I have a yard and a decent sized apartment, one room that is not used at all. I also have a reliable vehicle for transportation.

About: I have worked with dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, and much more. I have cared for cats and dogs for years, and I am a former Approved Veterinary Assistant (AVA) currently in the process of renewing my designation. I will be working full time starting Aug 11th. Up until then, I have A LOT of availability. After Aug 11th, I will have Sundays and Mondays off for house sitting. Other days may be considered for pet sitting after 4 pm and into the evening. I am comfortable giving dogs/cats medications. My dog Foxy has anxiety, so she receives oral medication and a prescription diet (for her sensitive stomach), and I also have experience administering medications to dogs/cats in the vet clinic.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs from many different breeds! I often will dog sit my neighbors, friends, and families dogs while they are on vacation. My work schedule is very flexible and I work three days a week so I am available for potty breaks/ dog walking every 2-4 hours. There’s also plenty of time for play! I do not have a fenced in yard but I do have a yard with a runner for pups to play! I have two male pembroke welsh corgis that love to play!

“I've had Kerri watch my dog overnight in the past, she was terrific. This time I mixed it up and she walked my dog a few times while I was at a wedding, she was terrific. As usual, I got updates, pictures, and came home to a happy healthy pup.”

“Tori has been walking our 2 dogs, Apollo & Mia, for a few weeks now. She communicates well & is very accommodating. She takes great care of our pups and I know they enjoy their weekly walks with her. Would definitely recommend Tori for any dog sitting/walking needs!”

“I know I can always count on Laura to take amazing care of my pups! She’s always on time, communicative and I know my dogs are always well cared for - I can’t recommend her enough! :)”

About: I have been around animals ever since I was born, and started my first job petsitting in only 6th grade. I have worked with a variety of animals ranging from dogs and cats, to ducks, to chinchillas, to horses! I’ve always felt like I have a strong connection with animals, and see my own animals as children. This is why I want to help others take care of their fur babies knowing that they are in safe kind hands while they are away. It is my number one priority to make sure your animal is happy, safe, and comfortable in your absence. Every animal has its own personality, and I’ve loved bonding with so many animals over the years. Animal experience: -dog -cat -horse -goat -chicken -duck -bunny -hamster -Guinea pig -chinchilla -turtle -hermit crab -fish I am college student, and pet sitting is my full time job during the summer. This means I have a very flexible schedule to help accomadate your needs and can do same day bookings. I firmly believe that a consistent routine for an animal is key to keeping them comfortable, especially if you are to leave. I would follow the owners daily routine to help keep your animals calmer. If they are crate trained I can put them in their crate, watch them in the yard, take them on walks, play with them, and cuddle at the end of the day. I strongly believe in the saying “leave it better than you found it”, which I intend to do in your home!

About: I’ve had experience as an intern and employee at a dog and cat daycare and boarding facility. I adore animals and would love to continue taking care of pets. I go back to university at the end of August, until then I am available to book! I look forward to meeting and taking care of your pets! I will feed your pet as you wish them to be fed. I will take them on walks or potty breaks as instructed. I will spend time with them and play as well.

About: I’ve been caring for and walking dogs for over 20 years, including my own—Rudy and Newman, two energetic Boston Terriers, and Simba, my sweet rescue Staffy/Pit mix. Simba started off as a rambunctious handful, but with time, patience, and lots of love, he grew into the most loyal and joyful companion. Losing him was incredibly difficult, and while I’m not quite ready to open my heart to another dog of my own, I deeply miss the daily joy and connection that comes from caring for dogs. That’s why I’m excited to be a Rover sitter—to give other pets the same love, attention, and care I gave my own. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I’m here to help make life a little easier for you while making sure your dog feels happy, safe, and loved. As a Realtor, I have a very flexible daytime schedule, which allows me to incorporate pet care seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. I often set my own hours and can plan showings and appointments around dog walks, drop-ins, or boarding needs. This flexibility means I’m able to offer consistent care, whether it’s midday walks, early morning potty breaks, or afternoon playtime. Because I spend a lot of time working in and around neighborhoods, it’s easy for me to check in on pets between appointments or dedicate focused time for longer walks and quality care. I genuinely enjoy the break that time with animals gives me during my workday—it’s something I look forward to. My schedule also allows me to accommodate last-minute requests or changes, which can be a big help for pet parents with busy or unpredictable routines. Reliable, loving care fits naturally into my lifestyle, and I take pride in being someone both pets and their owners can count on. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I treat every dog as if they were my own family member. Your pet will receive loving, attentive care, just like I gave to my own dogs over the years. My home is quiet and pet-friendly, with no other animals and only two adults, which creates a calm and safe environment—ideal for both playful pups and dogs who prefer a more relaxed setting. One of the perks of my residence is that it includes a private dog park, giving your dog a secure and fun place to run, play, and socialize if they enjoy that kind of activity. It’s a great way for them to get exercise and stimulation during the day in a safe, enclosed space. In my home, your dog will enjoy plenty of one-on-one attention, regular walks, playtime, and a consistent routine that mirrors what they’re used to. I make sure each pet feels comfortable, secure, and loved—whether it’s sticking to their feeding schedule, administering medication, or just giving them lots of cuddles and companionship. When caring for pets in your home, I’m equally respectful and attentive. I follow your instructions closely, maintain your dog’s routine, and ensure they feel safe and happy while you’re away. My goal is to make your time apart worry-free and comforting for both you and your dog.

About: I have over 15 years of personal animal care experience with pets of my own. I have also worked and volunteered in 2 different animal shelters caring for cats, dogs and other small animals. I’m available full time on weekends to ensure your pets are well taken care of during times that you are unable to do so! While I do work during the week, I am still available for drop in services. I am experienced in leash safety and will always make sure the leash is properly secured before continuing a walk with your pup. I will ensure all doors and or fences are secured before coming and going to support the safety of your pet!

About: I have lived with and taken care of my families dogs my whole life. We have had a yellow lab, a westie, and a jackapoo all who have had great adventurous lives. Throughout high school and college I walked and provided overnight dog sitting for multiple dogs consistently. I have provided care for dogs ranging in size from maltese dogs to cane corso’s. Having a dogs company while walking and exploring Lawrence is something I love to do to! I am here to help care for your dog in the ways that you need while also catering to their needs. I recently moved back to MA with plenty of time during the day or evenings to help feed, walk, and/or play with your dog(s)! I have the time to provide the love and attention they might be in need of. It is important to me to care for your animals based specifically on their needs. If that means playing in a yard, going for a quick walk around the neighborhood, or taking a long walk with sniff breaks I’m in! Dogs will never be off leash unless they are in their own fenced in yard.

“Carley is a wonderful pet sitter and I would highly recommend her services! Carley has pet sat for both my cat and 1yo puppy - he's a big (92lb!) goofball and a lot to handle but she always manages to keep him calm and entertained. She does a really great job of redirecting and correcting his puppy behavior which has really helped to improve his overall demeanor at home! The pets really love hanging out with Carley and she's also very respectful when she stays over to watch them. I know my pets are in great hands with her and I feel confident that they are being loved and cared for like I would. Thank you for your great work, Carley! Atlas and Pixel are looking forward to your next visit!”

Dana S.Star Sitter
“Dana is an animal lover! She has had dogs in her home since she was born, she is familiar with pet owner responsibilities including dog walking, feed/water, and medications. She completed an internship at a pet boarding and daycare facility and was then hired on as summer help. Dana enjoys cuddling and playing with dogs and cats. She is a responsible individual and has her own transportation.”

Jennifer R.
“Jennifer was so amazing with my dogs!! I highly recommend her. I had a 16-year-old Jack Russell with normal old dog health issues - partially blind, a little deaf, that didn't need special care but extra attention. He loved her to pieces and looked forward to her visits and his special treatment. I also have 3 large dogs, German Shepard/Husky mix (140) lbs, a Belgian Malinois, and a Great Prynes. We have a fenced in yard, but she still takes them for walks and plays ball, etc. with them. Best dog sitter ever.”

Olivia B.
“Olivia has been raised around animals her whole life and her love and compassion for them is immeasurable. Not only is she my daughter, but she is the one I call when I need someone to care for my dogs when I cannot be home. She is a very reliable, responsible and punctual individual and I highly recommend her for all your pet needs.”

Samantha C.

“Samantha took great care of our good boy while we were away! He seemed to really enjoy his walks with her and we hope to use her services again in the future!”

Rachel H.
“Rachel was an excellent dog sitter/walker for our beloved lab, Aggie. Upon on our first meeting, Rachel was friendly, conscientious and her love for animals was evident. When Rachel was caring for our pet, she was excellent with her communication and photos of Aggie. We always felt at ease with Rachel coming in & out of our house.
