Over the July 4th weekend, they went above and beyond by sending me adorable photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. Morgan was EXCELLENT! My dog was mistreated as a pup (left in cage for days) and neglected so when I rescued him, he was sketchy at first of new people. It took a long time to undo the damage but he's still not trusting of new people. This was the first time I had to leave him with non family (he loves my daughter because he knows her well) and he only trusts my daughter and my elderly parents. I was of course nervous but Morgan was in constant contact, she sent updates, answered me every time, and I am annoying, so I am REALLY happy with her service and will reuse her again when needed. The true test was when I picked him up, he was thrilled to see me BUT tried to run back inside and didn't want to leave. That right there told me everything I needed to know and that he was loved and cared for! Morgan was awesome!
