I’m new to the Rover care taking side, I used rover myself for my pets when I was in a bind with long 14 hr shifts and my husband was deployed. Fast Forward 2 years and I’m now a new stay at home mom looking to make some cash for the upcoming holidays and to be able to afford family pictures this year! I can do either your home or mine! I have 2 Belgian Malinois plus my roommates dog who is a husky Lab mix. We have a fenced back yard plus a fenced designated potty area for our dogs.

About: I grew up in the mountains helping out on farms with all kinds of animals, and I have always had cats and dogs in my life. I have two cats and two dogs now, all very friendly with people and other animals. I'm experiencing watching friends and family's pets short and long term. I worked at a vet for years, and my wife and I have taken on rescues with health issues as well. My wife and I both work 3 days a week each and opposite days so someone is pretty much always home, unless we are on a trip ourselves. I have a good sized house and fenced yard with two friendly doggos, I have a laundry room that is set up for dogs so if your pup needs his own space we can do that. We have a cat that roams the house, but I can keep dogs and cats separated if needed just let me know ahead of time.

About: I have had pets my entire life and have always been a true lover of animals. Always made my house a home with the unconditional love of animals. They are part of our family. We have a 9 year old granddaughter living with us that loves them too! I am about to retire and my husband Henry is home and available each day at home. We have a new fur baby Diamond, a mini Dachshund, that is 4 months old that we just adore. Love all small/mdium breeds and ages. We are not the strongest people so our company will have to be manageable and behave fairly good. Safety and love are our priorities for you trusting us with your furry family members and we take that trust very seriously. I work from home and my retired husband is home also. About: I've taken care of all types of animals most of my life. Walking, bathing, light grooming, playing fetch, car rides and lots of cuddles. I love them all. Currently in between jobs, taking care of my father and was recently let go from my job. I driver for uber for extra cash and would love to trade that work for being able to play and cuddle with your fur babies. I will follow the pet owners lead of how they treat their pet and adjust from there. About: Life time pet owner and animal lover! I have taken care of dogs as big as Great Danes all the way to new born kittens. I’m familiar in care for cats, young pups, senior dogs, or any animal needing additional medication/attention/feeding schedule. No matter your animals needs, I can accommodate them all and make sure they have a good and safe home I work from home and already have a high energy dog so I’m constantly taking breaks throughout the day to play fetch, go on walks, and cuddle on the couch. I have plenty of time to care for your animal in the way they’re most comfortable I have a fenced in yard with doggy door access. My dog is sweet, energetic, and loves all dogs and cats. She also has no problem hanging out upstairs if your animal is shy and would like to be alone. We don’t have any crates at our home, but you’re welcome to bring yours and we can abide to any crate schedule needed. If you have a cat that would like to be able to freely roam away from the dog our basement is spacious and they’re welcome to it.

About: We are a family of animal lovers! We live on 2.5 acres (fully fenced) with dogs, one horse, 2 pigs and 1 tortoise. We also have 4 kids ages 8months to 19 years. I have regularly watched dogs for friends and coworkers over the past several years and have been taking clients on Rover since November 2024. We have experience with all dog sizes and energy levels. Our own dogs are sizes ranging from less than 10 lbs to 145 lbs! Energy levels are from fairly lazy to herding dog level! All our dogs are very well socialized and love when new friends come for a visit! Dogs loving coming to our house because they get to be dogs! They get a lot of exercise by simply exploring our property and playing with their friends. We will help them make friends with dogs that match their energy, work on social skills (when needed) and help them find the perfect toy when they want to play alone. We do our best to accommodate each dogs needs. We provide crates and dog beds. We both work but we alternate who is working from home so that there is always someone home during the day. Since we have our own dogs, we have a daily dog care routine. Our dogs get fed twice per day but we can accommodate other feeding schedules and work with dogs who are "grazers". Dogs typically play hard in the mornings and evenings but we have a designated rest time in the middle of the day to make sure no one gets cranky from getting too tired (yes it happens). Dogs are usually kept on the main level where they can play, get on the couch, lay on their dog beds, eat or ask to go outside. All our stairs have gates to prevent exploration into bedrooms. The main level (including outside) is where we spend most of our daytime hours. Our own dogs do not get walked regularly because they play with each other outside and sniff the property for exercise. We do play frisbee, fetch and tug games with them and we have taken them on hikes. We are wiling to walk dogs if desired. We do not have a dog door but let dogs in and out as they need. This allows us to keep track of where they are better and ensure they do not go out unsupervised.

About: Hello! I have 12 years of experience caring for my own dogs, by I have had pets since I was little. I raised, trained and cared my first dog from when he was a puppy, we now have a Shiba Inu in our family that we love! He’s very well trained, friendly and very well behaved. For the past few years we have been taking care of my brother’s German Shepherd at our home for a couple of weeks in a row while him and his wife go on vacation, we also drive to their home to take care of their 2 cats I am home 24/7! Unless, we plan something to do as a family. I care for our toddler and our dog. We love going on walks weather permitting! We have 2 kids that have grown with pets their whole life. We have a 9 year old and a toddler. At my home, we have a medium size dog that is very friendly. We feed him, water him, bath him when needed and take him for a few walks throughout the day. We like to do activities as a family that we can include our dog as well! We don’t have a yard but we do live in a community with plenty of parks where we take our dog. Your pet will be cared the same way as our own 🙂

About: I will snuggle and love on your dog if they like that! I will make them feel safe and protected. We’d love one in the house for a week or so! I do hair from my house so I can take care of them all day and give them potty breaks every hour if needed. So perfect for any dog that might have anxiety. I have a fenced yard. I have always let our dogs roam free in the house and have always made sure they have felt loved. I don’t have any dogs but I do have 3 kids who absolutely adore dogs. They are careful around them and know when to give them space. They love to play with dogs fetch and walks! Your dog will be very loved on and treated like family
