I’m a special education teacher who will be available to your pets during early morning, mid day and multiple times during afternoon / evening! About: Hi, I'm Christie! I've taken care of animals from a young age and currently have 2 family dogs that I care for often. Friends, coworkers, and neighbors have trusted me to look after their dogs/cats when they were away as well. I've always felt a special connection to animals and I would love to care for yours! Given the opportunity, I assure you your 4 legged family member will be treated like my own. I am currently working nights part time, beginning at 4 or 5 pm, 4 nights a week. Typically I work these hours on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. I will take your dogs for however long a walk desired, bathe, feed and play with them. I won’t show up feed, clean and leave. About: Animals have been my whole life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always the one taking care of our pets, and I’ve had dogs, cats, and all kinds of other animals over the years. Even a squirrel! I’ve also spent years pet sitting and dog walking for friends, family & collègues. Whenever someone needs help with their pets, I am usually the first person they call. I genuinely enjoy getting to know animals and their different personalities! I’ve always been involved in helping animals however I can. Back when I was in school, I organized donation drives for local shelters and volunteered my time there. I also help build shelters for stray cats in the winter for a few consecutive years now! Working with animals has always been a dream of mine. If you’re looking for someone who will love your pets and care for them like they’re family, I’d love to help! P.S. I am more than willing to care for any other types of animals! Turtles, birds, rabbits, lizards and hey even a squirrel! As long as all of the proper personal care information is relayed to me in advance :) I currently work part time, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet sitting, drop in visits, and walks. Outside of work, my schedule is very open! I care for pets in their own homes by sticking as closely as possible to their normal routine. I know being away from their owners can be stressful, so I make sure they feel comfortable and safe while you’re gone. I also make sure owners stay updated with messages and photos so they can have peace of mind knowing their pets are doing well!

About: Ever since I was little I have been taking care of many animals. I grew up with a cat, and my family adopted a dog five years ago that I helped train! Aside from that, I’ve had chickens, goats, and ducks! I’m a recent college graduate working retail shifts typically at night. I have a flexible schedule and if needed can change things around in order to take care of your pet. Understanding that my presence is different in the pets home, I prioritize making sure they are comfortable with me there and not scared. I aim to make sure they are taken care of and not stressed out in their own home.
