“My Sofi loves Mr. Cory!!!! He helped while I was out of town and was able to get her to take her medicine (even though she is hard headed about it). He’s very understanding and flexible. I am so glad to have met him!”

“Brianna did a great job and kept me posted everyday. She also made me aware when she thought a suspicious person was at my home. False alarm, he is a friend, but at least she made us aware. I would recommend her to care for your fur babies.”

“This weekend was the first time we've used a pet sitter for our Stella. Jessica did a fantastic job of caring for her. Jessica even made herself available at the last minute for extended hours during stormy weather. When we returned home from our trip, Stella was much more relaxed than when she was boarded. We will definitely ask Jessica to care for our Stella again.”

“Rhea loves Lindsay already! She gets so excited when she arrives and she ensures that Rhea gets a good amount of play time outside which I really appreciate. Especially given her high energy. Very lucky to have her!”

“Amy was amazing! She was very responsive. My puppy gets an upset stomach when we’re gone for more than like 2 nights and Amy was very pleasant even through all that. Will definitely book again!”

“Lindsey was amazing! She was so attentive to axel and made sure he was well taken care of and kept me updated on how he was doing and everything that was happening each time she let him out. She went above and beyond and I would definitely book again ❤️”

“Simone is tustworthy and punctual, and always very quick to respond to my messages and/or requests. My dog seems to love her too 😊 I’ll definitely be booking her again!”

“Natalia did a wonderful job with our indoor/outdoor cat. This is the first time we have come home from vacation and she wasn't stressed out. Even the cat bowls were clean! We will ask her to watch our kitty from now on.”

“Took great care of Meatloaf. I’m sure he’s found a new friend with Shakoya. Thank you for taking care of him when I was out of town a little longer than I anticipated.”

“June has gone above and beyond to make my dog happy and loved. She made homemade treats for him and sent lots of pictures to make me feel no anxiety while I was away from him. She treated him like her own and I will definitely use her again when I need to!”

About: Growing up with a farming family, I always wanted a dog, but dogs were not allowed in the house as pets. So 4 hamsters, a chinchilla, and countless fish later, I decided to volunteer at my local shelter to be around dogs all day, and 3 years ago I finally adopted my first! She was a nervous wreck in the beginning, but with lots of love and patience, she's morphed into the neighborhood sweetheart. I look forward to extending that same love and patience to your furbabies as well! I currently freelance remotely so I'm home often with a flexible, yet ever-changing schedule. That said, I'm available for one-time or pre-scheduled recurring visits on weekdays. I live in a safe neighborhood with a dog park. However, I do not currently offer dog sitting in my home. But I am highly organized and clean, so I will treat your home with the same respect that I would my own. My car is also equipped with dog seat belts and blankets for trips to the park if requested.

“She was incredible! My cats loved her, even my little girl cat who has never let anyone else pet her! She left my house perfect and everyone was happy when we got home. Extremely good communication, will definitely book again!!”

“This was our first Rover experience and Kendall was awesome!! We have a very senior cat so I was a bit nervous but all of her updates put us at ease! I came home to a very happy cat who was well-loved while we were away. So glad we found Kendall!”

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in West Cramerton. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
