About: I have a soft spot for all animals big and small. I helped raise my family dog, Finn, who is now a 10 year old Morkie. Multiple friends have trusted me to walk and pet sit their animals and I have experience with small and large breeds. I have also volunteered for 2 years with 4 Paws for Ability, an organization that trains puppies to become service dogs. I am an owner of a black cat named Sesame who I adopted from a cat cafe earlier this year. I am currently a healthcare professional who just graduated school. I am waiting to start a job at the end of October, so I have some free time in the next few months I’m looking to fill with lots of walks and scratches. Safety is my number one priority for your pet and myself. I am good with communication and as a pet owner myself, I understand how much pets mean to us.

Rebecca stayed overnight for a week and I’m pretty sure she left the place cleaner than I left it. She even went the extra mile to stay a bit longer when my flight came in late and turned the lights on so I didn’t come home to a dark space. The little guy is happy, clean and healthy. I was able to really relax during vacation knowing everything was taken care of at home. I will definitely ask Rebecca to come stay again the next time I go out of town.”

About: Growing up on a farm means I have an abundance of experience with animals of all shapes and sizes. This experience has only grown thanks to the 1000+ hours spent caring for a great variety of animals thanks to my preparation for and training in veterinary school. I have worked in several veterinary clinics, a couple of shelter settings, and a commercial aviary. This means I am incredibly comfortable caring for all kinds of pets of any age, as well administering medications and keeping up with unique needs. Much of my love for veterinary medicine comes from the opportunity to bond with people and their pets, and providing pet care is another amazing chance to do just that. I would love to serve you and your four-legged family! Being a student allows for a very flexible schedule, perfect for attentive and personalized pet care! Much of my course work can be done online, so I am often free to hang out with your furry friends while I study throughout the day. I try to build my schedule where I don't need to leave pets alone longer than 6 hours maximum, and I am willing to adjust according to your pet's needs. I take great care to keep your pet's routine as similar as possible to their normal to minimize stress. I love to schedule a meet & greet beforehand to get to know you and your pet, and get to know all the details of their routine. I know what questions to ask to make the process as enjoyable and stress free as possible. I also know how nice it is to come back to a clean home. Therefore, when staying in a client's home I take great care to leave everything exactly as it was or better. That way you can relax knowing your pets are well taken care of, and you have nothing to worry about when you return.

We had a great experience working with Kaitlyn to watch our 2yr old Lab, Gus, for a day. Gus is a rescue with some behavior quirks and she was very good about helping us further his training exercises while we were gone. In the process of setting up the dog-sit, she was timely with communication and reliable with scheduling. We are looking forward to working with her again later this month on a longer stay!
Clinton was amazing with our pets! He was patient and gentle with our 1 dog who is skiddish around people and gave all the cuddles to our other dog. He was responsive and asked questions to be prepared and punctual. He sent great photos and updates too! Highly recommend this great human for your pet care needs.
