“What can I say about Pat? She is amazing! Over the summer we needed to find someone to watch our dog at our place for two weeks in October. Not a small request trusting someone you don’t know. We asked to meet her prior to the booking and within minutes of meeting her, we knew she was the one. She is kind, personable, FUNNY and follows all the rules set forth by Rover and even our small requests. Our pup absolutely loves her as much as we do. We got updates, videos and photos every day which showed our little girl really enjoying herself not to mention looking relaxed. A relief for our minds being 1000s of miles away. After a long vacation, we returned to a house just as we left it, clean and tidy, with even a nice little note, flowers and candy welcoming us home on our kitchen counter. What a nice and sweet touch Pat! ❤️ For this review, when we needed someone for the day, there was no one else but Pat for us. She notified us when she arrived on time and got cute pics throughout the day during play and nap times. I hate to share the secret how great Pat is, we want her all to ourselves! About: I’ve had animals my entire life and bring both experience and genuine care to every pet I watch. I was raised on a farm surrounded by animals, and I’ve owned dogs for most of my life, including a small dog I cared for over 16 years. I currently have an 8-month-old Golden Retriever puppy, so I’m very comfortable with puppy energy, routines, and reinforcement of basic training. I work as a teacher Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Because of this, I’m most available for pet care in the mornings, evenings, and overnight stays during the week. My schedule also allows for consistent availability on weekends, holidays, and school breaks, which gives me extra flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and extended care. When caring for pets, I prioritize maintaining their normal routines and making sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship outside of my work hours.

About: Hi! My name is Sue. I’m new to Rover, and still trying to grow my business, but not new to animals! My mother was truly an animal whisperer; animals were always drawn to her, and she to them. I'd like to believe I inherited that from her, as I, too, find myself very drawn to animals. As a child, my fondest memories were always with my dog, and now, as an adult, I find myself venturing toward Crazy Cat Lady territory. I've helped animals transition into old age, and have experience administering medications. I've also taken care of animals of friends over the years, both house sitting and drop-ins because I know how stressful it can be to find a pet sitter that you feel comfortable with. I am a semi-retired teacher, and now have my own business working from home, so I can work from anywhere! I can house sit for you without leaving your pets to go to work. I’m always home on the weekends to do drop-ins, dog walking or house sitting. I’m not a huge fan of the holidays, so I stay close to home. Definitely book me for your holiday travels! You know your pets better than anyone, and I'm here to make life as easy as I can for you while you're away from home and your pets. I will treat them as if they were my own. I believe that professionalism and communication are very important, and you will get both from me. If you work from home (or in-office), and are swamped, I can walk your dogs or come over and let them out for you. I remember very well the frequency with which dogs have to go out, and how that can be difficult with work schedules. My goal is to make things as simple and easy as possible for you and your pets' needs. I will care for your pets as if they were my own, and I promise to whisper to them! I do set my own schedule, so I can usually be flexible and move activities around and work something out that will work for you. I will do exactly as you instruct me. Your pet will get plenty of attention because loving animals is my specialty! I will keep your pet on the same schedule they're used to to avoid any undue stress.
