I do not have a yard, so I would need to walk them on a leash for them to use the bathroom. Apartment dogs will be great to watch in my home, as they would be use to that atmosphere!

I was in a tough spot when my Australian Shepherd named Wendle came down with a cough that needed treated with antibiotics and steroids 2 days before I was scheduled to leave the country on vacation for 10 days. With the alternative being to leave him in isolation at boarding for the entire time or canceling the trip, I was scrambling to find a sitter last minute and we really lucked out connecting with Emily here. She was amazing with Wendle, treating him as her own and I know he loved every minute of his own vacation with her. Emily kept me updated with detailed messages and pictures of Wendle during my trip and had no issues with giving him his medication and taking him on walks and giving him all the attention he needed. About: We’ve grown up with dogs in our homes and have owned dogs for nearly 10 years now. We provide for all of their care, and have experienced that care from puppyhood through late adulthood. We have experience housebreaking, crate training, behavioral training, and trick/skills training. Our oldest dog, Chloe, has also experienced double CCL surgeries, so we also have experience with rehabilitation, medication issuance, and emotional support during healing. We’ve dog sat for multiple of our friends dogs who have special feeding schedules and needs that we've been able to maintain while they are with us. Given our experience, we are comfortable and confident to provide your dog with a safe and caring environment, where their needs can be met and they can have fun while you're away, playing with our dogs both in our home and in our fenced in back yard. We both work full time from home and care for our two dogs throughout the day, so your dogs will have non-stop supervision, socialization, and 2 other dogs to keep them company for their entire stay. We have two dogs currently that we have had for 9 and 3 years, that get along great with other dogs with experiences in other Rover's homes, time at The Wag (Dog Park & Bar near Grandview), having spent time at Doggy Daycares, and countless playdates with our friends' dogs through the years. About: I've been a dog owner and animal lover my entire life, giving me firsthand experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. As a current pug and cat parent, I understand the importance of providing pets with a safe, loving, and reliable environment. I work a fulltime professional position during the weekdays, which allows me to provide pet care services during evenings, weekends, and select weekdays depending on the pet's needs. I'm organized, reliable, and committed to ensuring pets receive the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. We live in a community with walking paths and a couple of ponds that we enjoy walking to with our pups. I will be happy to walk yours through the neighborhood as well. About: I work at The Wag Dog Bar in Grandview! If your pups like other ones, let’s talk about the possibility of me bringing them for a few hours! If that makes you uncomfortable, no worries! I will still enjoy doing all other services to provide for your pup :) This position put me through a lot of training about dog behavior! I recently rescued my very own bully mix from the shelter. I am very comfortable with any and all pups! I am currently working two part time jobs so my schedules often changes! If you want to ask, please reach out and I will provide you my schedule for the whole week! My pup is like my child. I treat her with gentleness, just like I would your pup. I always have treats on hand (please let me know if your pup has any allergies!) I always go by the policy that the pup’s comfort and experience comes first!!
About: I love dogs! I’ve always loved them. When i got my first dog at 8 I was terrified. I would scream and jump on the toilet. She wasn’t even the size of my backpack lol. As the years went on I grew not only a pet but a sister! She was there for me even when i didn’t think i needed her. I want to give your pet the same love I gave to her! Right now i have a mini golden doodle. She is a very special dog lol. She gets on my nerves but i wouldn’t trade her for anything. She’s always doing different things to keep me on my toes. I would make sure that your dog is properly cared for. Whether that is playing fetch with them or taking them for a walk. I live in an apartment that has a huge field. They will get the proper exercise for sure. I love to run with them.
About: I love pets!! My kids make fun of me because I would likely have a zoo if I had enough time and resources. So, since I can’t love on all them as my own, let me temporarily love on yours while you are away. I currently own 2 Shiba Inus named Murray and Mira, who are extremely friendly with other dogs, and 2 cats who think they are dogs. I am constantly pet sitting for my friends and neighbors. From my girlfriend and her diabetic cat to my buddy with a rambunctious Aussie to the rescue foster who is scared of her own shadow. These are just some examples of my experiences caring for pets. I have a nice, fenced yard in a safe neighborhood and a welcoming home to accommodate pet sitting as needed. Help me fund my own time away and/or building a fund for my next furry family member. ;) I currently work from home and have flexible schedule. I prefer in home boarding during weekdays, but could do in home care if within 10 minutes driving or on weekends. I am open minded to your care needs. I typically walk 3 miles a day, so I’m happy to go on a nice walk with your best friend.

About: I am the owner of a Frenchie named Frankie. Before I got Frankie, I joined rover to get my pup fill in. Now, I do it so Frankie has someone to play with! I’ve also previously used Rover with Frankie when I traveled so I know how important a trustworthy and loving sitter is. My house that has a fenced in yard so there is plenty of space available for your pup! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask me! I have been working from home since the beginning of COVID so I am pretty available. Occasionally I will travel and will be unavailable, but I will be very upfront about my plans. I keep a close eye on the pups, even though I have a fenced in yard. As a frenchie owner, I am always cautious with overheating and any signs of medical issues. I typically only accept one booking at a time for safety reasons, unless it is with one of my regular clients. However, if there were to be overlap, I contact both owners to ensure they are comfortable with it prior to accepting the booking.

About: I have recently experienced the loss of my own pets. Im not quite ready to get any new pets, but as an animal lover and dog enthusiast there is something missing greatly in my heart. Let them out, feed them, walk them, play with them, cuddle them, and ensure they know they will be taken care of under my watch. I can easily take on a crate in my home. I do not have a yard, so I would need to walk them on a leash for them to use the bathroom. Apartment dogs will be great to watch in my home, as they would be use to that atmosphere!

I was in a tough spot when my Australian Shepherd named Wendle came down with a cough that needed treated with antibiotics and steroids 2 days before I was scheduled to leave the country on vacation for 10 days. With the alternative being to leave him in isolation at boarding for the entire time or canceling the trip, I was scrambling to find a sitter last minute and we really lucked out connecting with Emily here. She was amazing with Wendle, treating him as her own and I know he loved every minute of his own vacation with her. Emily kept me updated with detailed messages and pictures of Wendle during my trip and had no issues with giving him his medication and taking him on walks and giving him all the attention he needed. I can’t thank her enough for taking in Wendle at the last minute and would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter in the future.”

I used to take her to a kennel where she could play all day, but she’s just getting too old and anxious for that and I wanted something more her speed. Sorillian, Eric, and their dogs were the perfect place. Every picture they sent me, Bean looked so happy and relaxed. She ate her food. And I didn’t need to worry about her.
