Aiko was awesome! We had a long stretch of time we needed to board our girl, Rhea, and right at a holiday too. She treated our dog like her own, and I got much loved updates and pictures. Rhea even had a weird adjustment period while there where she was being weird about her food, and Aiko was so accommodating and worked with me on ideas that could help. Rhea also got along with the other dogs boarding and Aiko’s dog, so I’d say she met some new play date buddies too 😊
I was very concerned about finding the appropriate sitter to leave my pup with while being out of the country for 11 nights. Charlotte F was the perfect person for the job. She cared for Rokco like her own dog. I was given regular updates via text, pictures and videos. I was comfortable knowing he was in such good care that I got to enjoy my vacation without stressing whether or not he was okay.
We had a great experience with Will and so did our dog Frank! He communicated well throughout the entire stay and followed all of our special requests. His relaxed personality made Frank feel right at home, and we felt reassured the whole time. I would definitely book with him again!
