“Sally takes amazing care of our fur babies. We have no concerns ever leaving them bc we know they’ll be in great hands and they will come home happy and exhausted from lots of play. Sally also sends a lot of photos which we really appreciate!”

“Wonderful first time experience with Lexie!! She’s kind, professional, and sends pictures during the stay. I was impressed with how clean and neat her home was. I never even saw dog hair. Our girl had a great time! We will certainly be booking with her again.”

“Finding Maria on Rover was a blessing to me and my son. While we were out of town for Thanksgiving, Flash stayed with Maria. She took excellent care of Flash. And sent pictures every day. I definitely will be a repeat customer. Thank you Maria!”

“Kira was a great sitter for our high energy puppy, Bella. She cared for her like she was her own and was great with communication and sending photos. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“Zoey and Victor will definitely stay with Debbie again! Debbie's communication was amazing before, during, and after the trip. My pups had an amazing time playing with Debbie's dog and the other guest dogs. They were also given the freedom to play in her fenced in back yard and relax in her home. I was very impressed with all of the great pictures Debbie sent during their stay, too! Those alone showed me that Zoey and Victor were having a great time, and they definitely came home all tired out from all of their activity. Thank you again for everything, Debbie :)”

“Therio and family were great with my girl! They took her on walks updated pics with me and spoiled her! Even Apollo enjoyed her company. Thanks for keeping Olivia last minute.”

“Very friendly, lots of pics and updates, and most important... They were patient with my spoiled mutt. They were just as friendly as they were professional. Definitely recommend them in high esteem.”

“I can't say enough good things about Karen. My boy was well taken care of, had a lot of fun. Very welcoming and professional and warm. I will definitely be boarding with her again. Absolutely phenomenal!”

“We enjoyed the pictures we got of our dog’s stay. The communication was awesome! Our dog is still tired! We felt like he was in great hands and would gladly choose Whitney and her husband to watch our dog again!”

“Michelle was very pleasant and patient with my dog, who is not accustomed to people outside of our family. When we arrived, she made sure she understood all of our preferences regarding eating, sleeping, and socializing. Throughout our time away, she sent pictures and text updates on how my dog was adjusting. When we picked Max up, he was clean, calm, and doing great overall. A great experience!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a teenager and have experience with a wide variety of breeds and personalities. Currently, I have a 4-year-old German Shepherd/Lab mix and a 4-month-old Jack Russell Terrier. Over the years, I’ve owned and cared for German Shepherds, Beagles, Pit Bulls, Jack Russells, Labradors, and Schnauzers, and at one point had as many as six dogs. I’ve also owned a cat and have experience caring for cats as well. Friends frequently trust me to pet sit for them, and I genuinely love spending time with animals. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, playful, or needs a little extra patience, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I also am a Volunteer Dog walker and caregiver at Columbia Animal Shelter. I have a very flexible schedule and am committed to providing reliable, attentive care while you’re away. I’m currently in the army and work 2-3 days a week.my husband stays at home full time. I have a very flexible schedule. I care for every pet as if they were my own. In my client’s home, I follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of attention and affection. I know how important consistency is for pets, especially when their owners are away. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and supervised environment with regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, fresh water, and lots of love. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs, personality, and comfort level to help them feel secure and happy.

“Aubriana was able to take Theo for us at last minute and was very accommodating and sent us lots of photos of Theo having a lot of fun. Theo loves spending time with aubriana and her dogs. We definitely recommend aubriana she took really good care of our baby.”

“Niagara was the absolute best!!! I wish I could give her more than five stars for her services that were provided, because she deserves them all. Our little Dorkie Bella stayed with her for six days while we went on vacation. I was very hesitant at fist about leaving her so far behind. This was our absolute first time ever leaving Bella with anyone since the day we picked her up from the breeder. We received so many videos and pictures of Bella. It made me feel so much better. I highly recommend Niagara for your pet needs! Thank you once again for everything ❤️”

“Aiko is the best! Sometimes it can be hard for my puppy to get adjusted to someone new, but she felt at home with Aiko pretty quickly! When I picked her up the first time, she was content and well-rested. I really appreciate Aiko's communication with updates and pictures throughout her stay. Your pet is in great hands if you’re blessed to be able to book with her!”

“This was our first boarding with Jill and we are extremely happy with her services. We felt our Mojo was a perfect match for her dog Jet. Same age, same size, same energy level and they played so well together. We will definitely be using Jill in the future and highly recommend her to anyone wanting peace of mind knowing their dog is in very good hands!”

“We have never left our dogs with anyone before. Ms. Kathy made the experience wonderful and they were very well taken care of. If we ever have to leave them again we will definitely use her again. Thank you Ms. Kathy”

Marley just loves them! They are the sweetest and most compassionate couple. They send many pics and contacts you frequently and shares stories. I think Marley has a second home now! They are absolutely wonderful and loving and compassionate. The only “downfall” is I am only allowed to give 5 stars! I want to give a 10 star ⭐️ rating out of 5!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
