“Absolutely wonderful! She took excellent care of my dog, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in good hands. Reliable, caring, and attentive. I would definitely use her again and highly recommend her!”

“Daisy was phenomenal with our Kira, gave us daily updates, photos, and videos. She was also so flexible and helpful when our return date got delayed. I could not recommend her enough, she is our go to girl for every trip now!”

“Raquel was kind enough to take my dog at the last minute and gracious enough to agree to a meet and greet beforehand. She took great care of my baby and I am forever grateful! I would definitely recommend her services.”

“Our girls love going to grandma's house! We jokingly say that because it is exactly how it feels - the atmosphere, the comfort, Evelyn's sweet demeanor. She takes great care of our girls and really does care. We can't recommend her enough!”

“Janece & Matthew took such great care of our 4 month old puppy! We were so nervous leaving her for the first time, but she was in great hands. Janece and Matthew sent us updates on her every day. Would definitely recommend them for any boarding needs you may need!”

“Monica took excellent care of my Asa 🐾. I appreciate the clean and organized environment. Monica's passion for our four-legged family members is wonderful! Asa didn't miss a moment of love while he was in her care! 💕 I will definitely be using the service again. Highly recommend ! Thank you Rover !”

“Evelyn is always so great with last minute accommodations! She also sends timely updates. My pup comes back home like he had the time of his life. We will definitely continue using her services.”

“She was wonderful with Spike! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was being so well cared for while we were away. Her 3-year-old absolutely loved him, which was one of the sweetest parts of the whole experience. Spike was a little shy about eating at first, so she actually hand-fed him his breakfast until he felt comfortable enough to eat. That told me everything I needed to know about how loved and cared for he was while we were gone. Spike came home happy and clearly very comfortable with his stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be reaching out to her again the next time we need someone to keep him. Highly recommend!”

“Super convenient. We came down to Fort Jackson for graduation. There are hotels 4 minutes away and Fort Jackson was 15 minutes and a very easy drive. Isabela was great, Sent multiple pictures of our pup enjoying his stay with her. If you are coming down with your fur baby for graduation, this is your sitter.”

“She was absolutely wonderful! My dog was well cared for-she didn’t want to leave! At pick up time, everything was packed and ready to go. Very professional, will definitely use her again.”

“I know when I drop my dog off with Leigh and her husband that he's going to be taken care of. Photos during the stay to show me he's relaxed and having fun. Thanks again!”

“Whitneywent above and beyond to accommodate Tucker. I am so glad I was able to reserve time over the holiday and it was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous , but when I came back to get him he was still following her! She is amazing with dogs and really cares about animals . She sent me photos and updates and I couldn't have asked for a better experience ! Highly recommend her to anyone !”

“I needed to board my cat, Simba, and did not want to use my regular pet boarding facility. I usually board him there; however, this time I did not want him in a caged environment. I found Charmaine through Rover, and I am glad I did. I was a little apprehensive at first, but after speaking with her and seeing how attentive she was to Simba’s needs, I felt much more comfortable. Simba is blind and requires extra care, but Charmaine took excellent care of him. She allowed him to roam freely in her home, making him feel comfortable and at ease. Throughout his stay, Charmaine provided regular updates, including pictures and videos, which gave me peace of mind. She not only met Simba’s needs but went above and beyond to ensure he was happy and well cared for. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter, I highly recommend Charmaine. My experience with her was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to use her services again.”

“This is my first time using a private sitter & it went okay. My dog Kobe is adjusting to being home, I’m military & Aiko was very patient with him despite his not so great behavior towards others dogs. She kept me updated with detailed information about his behavior along with pictures for the weekend stay. She gave my dog the attention he needed & let me know what she thought would be best for him moving forward. You should definitely book her if you need a dog sitter.”
“Paola was amazing! She treated both my girls like furry princesses. She made me feel welcomed and relaxed the moment we met! During the puppy vacation Paola sent me daily pictures and videos. My pups had a great time! 10/10 would recommend”

“Tony has watched my dog, Saint, twice now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he’s provided. I’m new to using Rover and I’m extremely thankful that I found Tony. So much so that I refuse to look for any other sitter. He’s been pleasant to work with, trustworthy, and always makes me feel confident that Saint is in great hands. One thing I really appreciate is the updates. Every picture Tony sends, Saint looks genuinely happy, relaxed, and comfortable, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. It’s obvious that Saint enjoys spending time with him. I truly appreciate Tony’s flexibility as I venture out of town pretty often. Whether Saint is there with others or just as the only guest, he’s always well cared for and comes home happy. I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Nontombe was excellent!! She was super communicative and responsive, flexible, and kept such good care of Guava! I will definitely be coming back next time I am in the area. Thank you so much, again!!”

Where do I start! Kendra is God sent!! In a matter of hours I had to change sitter, the initial sitter didn’t give me good vibes at all! Kendra didn’t hesitate to accept my request. When I arrived at her house she greeted me welcomed me in. Her house and yard is very very clean! My fur baby walked in as if he was already home, he was immediately comfortable in her presence. She sent videos and pics and my fur baby was extremely happy! When I picked him up she had all his belly together and he was unscathed lol, even better than when I left him. I already booked his second stay, we found our forever sitter!!

This was the second time Alicia watched our dog, and we were so excited she was available again and in short notice over the holidays! She is amazing with our dog. Walks every morning when the weather is nice, photos and updates. We can tell she is treated like family, which gives us peace of mind while we are away. We highly recommend her!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
