Currently, I have a 4-year-old German Shepherd/Lab mix and a 4-month-old Jack Russell Terrier. Over the years, I’ve owned and cared for German Shepherds, Beagles, Pit Bulls, Jack Russells, Labradors, and Schnauzers, and at one point had as many as six dogs. About: Update: I will not be available May 18-25, and Jun 2-14 I love dogs!! I've fostered many dogs and volunteered at many shelters. I've had seniors and even fostered one with spina bifida. My first two loves were English Bulldogs. I have lots of experience with them and know that smooshy face breeds are much more delicate than other breeds. I absolutly love them! I'm not good with extremely energtic dogs, but can handle anything else. I am semi-retired. I currently work part time on Friday and Sundays with an occasional third day, so I am home a lot. I have plenty of time to devote to your pooch. In my home, I care for your pet just as I care for mine. Of course, with your direction implemented also. I do have a pool, so I will need to know how your dog is around pools, or if they have zero experience with pools, I will need to know that as well.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 9 years old and have experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I had a Labrador Retriever and Weimaraner mix who was absolutely precious. She passed away on April 3, 2026, which was very difficult, but caring for her taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and the importance of providing dogs with love and attention. I currently have a Boxer, a Cocker Spaniel, and a Chihuahua, so I’m comfortable handling both large and small breeds. For dogs that are crate trained or need their own space, I have both a small crate and a large crate available. I understand that every dog has different needs and routines, and I do my best to accommodate them.
