“Zachary was a lifesaver for my hyper Husky! He visited her three times daily and made sure she was exercised, fed, and happy! He sent regular photo updates so I knew she was doing well and went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe while there were thunderstorms moving through the area (doesn’t like the thunder). I came home to a happy Husky. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking him again.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I am a huge animal lover. I am extra careful with the owners needs and will help with whatever needed for their animal. I am currently out of work so this will be the perfect thing to occupy my time! The more the better. Full availability for your needs. I only offer at other peoples homes. I will respect the owners needs. I will make sure to comply with how they want the house to be and how they want things done.

“Kristin was great. She fed both of our dogs, let them outside and played with them. She also sent us 2 videos and checked in and out with us while she was here. I will absolutely contact her again when needed. Thanks again for everything, Kristin - much appreciated!”

About: I’ve been dog sitting since I was 16 and have always had a natural connection with animals. I’ve owned four amazing dogs myself—a loyal German Shepherd, a sweet rescue, a playful Pomsky, and an energetic Australian Shepherd—which has given me valuable hands-on experience with different breeds and temperaments. Each dog taught me how to be patient, consistent, and attentive to their individual needs. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or simply keeping a pet company while their owner is away, I treat every dog like family. My years of experience, both personally and professionally, make me a reliable and caring choice for pet sitting and dog walking I’m currently attending classes at Schoolcraft College, but I am available to care for pets Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. I’m flexible within these hours and happy to accommodate your needs! Whenever I take care of someone’s pet—whether it’s just for a few hours or several days—I always treat both the animals and their home with the highest level of care and respect. I understand that pets are beloved members of the family, and I make it a priority to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and well-loved while their owners are away. I also know how important it is to maintain a clean, respectful presence in someone else’s home, so I’m always mindful of following any house rules and leaving things just as I found them. Building trust with both pets and their owners is something I truly value, and I strive to create a positive, dependable experience every time.

About: I have had dogs my whole life and responsibly took care of them myself. I have also been a dog/cat sitter for many family friends throughout highschool and college! I love any and all animals and must stop to pet any dog whenever I see one! I am will to walk dogs morning or night on days that I work and can walk during the day on off days. I’m also available to make house visits to take of animals morning and night on workdays and all day on off days! Make sure they are being good and not getting into anything that could harm them while they’re in my house! Since I don’t have any fencing I would make sure to keep them in a leash when going outside

“Megan was absolutely amazing with Axle. She spent time walking him around and playing with him in the yard. Axle looked so happy in the photos she sent of him playing. We are definitely booking her again!”

About: Animals have always been a part of my life. I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats, and from a young age, I was the one happily taking on the responsibility of feeding, walking, playing with, and comforting them. What began as a childhood passion has grown into a lifelong commitment to animal care. As a professional pet sitter with over 5 years of experience, I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own—whether that means sticking to a detailed routine, providing extra cuddles, or calmly managing medications or special needs. In addition to my professional background, I’ve spent over 10 years volunteering in animal shelters and fostering both cats and dogs in my home, which has given me hands-on experience with pets from all walks of life. I’ve cared for animals at every stage, from bottle-fed infants and kittens to senior pets. I'm experienced with a wide range of medical and behavioral needs and can administer medications in all forms: pills, liquids, and injections—even to those clever pets who try to avoid them! I know leaving your pet in someone else's hands can be difficult, but my goal is to provide peace of mind while you're away. You can count on me for reliable, compassionate care tailored to your pet's unique personality and needs. My schedule is highly flexible, and I have a wide range of availability. I can take on any task from 15 minute drop-in visits and walks to overnight stays. For your dog(s), I will provide fun walks with plenty mental and physical stimulation. If the weather does not allow for walks, your dog will get plenty of indoor playtime to burn off energy after getting their potty time. For cats, I'll provide interactive play time (if they like that) as well as cleaning litter boxes daily. For all pets, I will refresh their water and provide treats and/or meals, as directed.

West Bloomfield Township dog parents share their Rover experiences
Maddie has been great! She did a one hour stopover for us to feed and let our pup out for a bathroom break. Maddie is very conscientious and kind. We have Maddie scheduled for a longer house stay coming soon for a few weeks while we are on vacation. We know she will be awesome, based on our interactions thus far. Highly recommend! You can tell she loves animals!
