About: Ive always been a lover of animals and my family and I have rescued multiple cats and dogs since I was little. Ive learned how to take care of even pregnant cats. I usually wake up around 8 am to feed my cats and clean their litter boxes at around 10 am. I come back at around 12 pm for a little snack and by 8 pm they have dinner and I clean the litter box for the second time. I keep a clean environment so that my cats are able to roam freely and I dont have to worry about them getting sick. Cats can get bored as well so I play with them and even talk with them.

About: I am in school for dog training and behavior, I did volunteer work at a bird rescue, animal shelters, I also was a bather for petco for a bit before I had to move. I’m working a part time job mainly from 5 or 6 to 10 like 3 or 4 days a week I have open availability other then that I can feed and give medicine to pets, can also train to walk on leash and not pull. About: Lifetime of experience with dogs and cats, 5 years of furster care for puppies (training, love, and preparing them for their forever homes), and puppy love. I work full time, but making sure they start and end their day with love is important. Walks in the evening and weekend adventures are options. I have a fenced in yard for watching my parents animals. My own never miss a day of snuggles and play. If your furbaby stays at my home it will need to be cat friendly and would be safe downstairs where there is plenty of room to play. Giving all animals a safe space.

About: I've been petting sitting/walking for at least the last 5 years. I have a lot of experience walking big dogs and giving medicine. I have also assisted in training here and there with some dogs. Im currently working on call, so I have lots of free time that I would love to spend walking dogs or pet sitting just for the day or even multiple days. Brutus is a shy fiv cat he typically doesn't like to be around other animals at first. When I visit a home I love to spend time playing with the pets and giving them a treat or two to build trust.

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
