About: I have taken care of senior dogs and puppies. My family and I have fostered a few puppies that I was able to have a hand in training. I also had a dachshund that lived for 20 years and caring for him wasn’t an easy task but it was lessons learned and practice I feel I could bring to care for your senior pet. I also have worked as a pet nutritionist for 2 years. I have a lot of free time on my hands and I would really love to have your best friend take it up! About: I had my dog when she was a puppy until she was almost 10 years old, when I lost her to bone cancer. I went through everything with her, from training as a puppy, fighting kennel cough, playing fetch, walking and running with her everywhere, traveling with her by car and plane, to her last few months battling cancer, taking medicine, force feeding and walking her in a stroller. She was my life. I am able to care for dogs at all ages and conditions! I currently work full-time from home, and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to walk, feed, and play with your dog at any time of the day, multiple times a day. After work, I take online courses for a graduate program at home, so I will be around evenings and weekends, as well. I live in a dog friendly neighborhood with lots of grass, doggy bag/trash stations, and other dogs walking around. I also have a fenced backyard patio with grass that I sit out at while letting dogs run around. I have dog bowls, an extra leash, and doggy bags. Fenced yard, water bowls always full, lots of indoor lounging space, and they are allowed on the couch! I have a lot of windows for direct sunlight, where dogs love to lay near to sunbathe or look out the windows.

About: I worked at an animal shelter for 2 years, where I walked and cared for a wide variety of dogs. I have also owned dogs, rabbits, cats, and chickens since I was a child. After college, I interned at the Houston Zoo in their hoofed animal department. Animals have been and will always be a core part of my life. I'm currently focusing on my band, Blazing Ray, which is playing around Austin. However, I am trying to support this dream with some animal care as well. About: My main experience comes from taking care of dogs ages 4 and up. I’m skilled in petting dogs and giving them pep talks if necessary. I'm very willing to sacrifice beauty sleep if your dog is an early bird who requires morning walks. I'm available most weekdays and weekends as well! I have a fenced yard and a clean environment indoors for your furry babies to run around in. My neighborhood is decently sized and perfect for long walks.

About: I've been around dogs, cats, and farm animals my whole life, as well as pet and house sitting for over 20 years. I'm detail oriented and will happily read and follow all instructions for the care and keeping of your pets. I'm experienced with administering medication including oral pills and injections (owned a diabetic lab who received daily insulin injections, as well as weekly allergy shots for our min pin) Our (me and husband's) home is on the smaller side ( <1,000 sq/ft) and though the backyard is fenced, it's mostly a concrete pad. Happy to accommodate overnight visits for small or medium dogs in my home, but prefer to come to yours for larger and more energetic pups (especially if accustomed to playing in a backyard). We live by a walking trail so easy to do walks in grassy areas and off the sizzling summer sidewalks. My passion is health coaching and my joy is pet sitting. Flexible and short work days mean I have extra time to walk, cuddle, and play tug of war with your furbaby. With advanced notice can plan my schedule to limit time away from pets if needed. Currently we have no pets living in our home. We are very pet friendly and animals are allowed on the furniture and in the bed. We have a small fenced in backyard, but primarily provide outdoor time through walks along the greenbelt that backs up to our home.
