About: I recently relocated to Newark from Philadelphia. Growing up, my family always had a dog and a cat. As an adult I’ve fostered several pets, and I have adopted two cats. I’ve housesat and done drop-ins several times for friends with pets, in addition to being a sitter on Rover. I have a standard 9-5 workday and work from home most days. It's a joy to break up the day by spending time with your cat or dog on my lunch break or after work. Whether it's keeping a respectful distance while leaving food and water for a nervous cat, letting your pup take their time exploring on a walk, or making sure your playful pet is entertained, I'll always do my best to meet them where they are while caring for them. I have experience pilling dogs and cats, as well as caring for small wounds or ill pets.

About: I had my first pet when I was 7 years old so I know very well the care they need. We have also taken care of (we are 4 members in my family) many dogs in the rover application so we have experience taking care of pets. We are 4 pet sitters and my mom is pregnant so she is always at home. This means we always have free time to take care of your pet. We already have a lot of experience taking care of dogs and we love taking care of them. We play with them, we have a special place where the dogs can go to the bathroom and if the dog likes to climb on the sofa we have a protector so he can climb on it. Depending on the client's needs we change the way we take care of the dog.

About: I have had dogs since I was 8 and have babysat dogs for the past 5 years. My mom and I have a tendency to rescue lost dogs and help reunite them with their families. The last dog to join our family was an elderly dog we named Lucky. He was unwell, blind, and malnourished when I found him but he is now doing well and we are lucky to have him. I work the graveyard shift, so I’m available anytime between 8am to 8pm. I can also work nights if needed, I just need advance notice so I can switch my schedule around for that week. I would like to keep the routine that the pet is already used to and that the pet owner would be comfortable with. So if the pet eats at specific times a day, I’d like to maintain that same routine. And if the pet isn’t used to outside walks, I would ask the owner if they would be comfortable if I took their dog on a walk around the block, at a park, or staying within their property.
