About: Cant think of time where I haven’t been around a dog. Growing up there was always dogs in the house. It comes easy to me. For my 2 dogs it starts at 345am with their first walk before I head to the gym. There 2nd walk comes at 8am before I start work then again at 2pm for a quick lunch break and their last 2 walks come at 5 and 930pm before settling down for the night. In between all the walking they’ll get breakfast and dinner and some naps. Meet and greet is important along with getting to know the pets needs and routines. Along with likes and dislikes. Knowing what the pet parents wants and expects from visits or boarding.

About: I’ve been a lifelong pet owner, with about ten years caring for my own dog, Bowie. Plus, I’ve regularly pet-sat and walked my cousins’ dogs whenever they’re on vacation. I’m really attentive and make sure every pet gets the personalized care they need. Since I’m a college student with a flexible schedule, pet care fits perfectly into my routine. I have plenty of free time available, making it easy for me to dedicate consistent and attentive care to pets. My home is spacious and has a large fenced yard. I said goodbye to my rescue Westie of almost 17 years during 2025, and I’m not ready for another long-term pet commitment yet. I puppy trained her (with trainer) from 4 months and provided senior care for the last few years. I am very patient when meeting new animal souls, allowing them to come to me when they’re ready. I have been taking shelter dogs on Afternoon Adventures and have been successful with helping to train dogs in my care. I am working part time and have a flexible schedule, and now that I'm pet-less, I am available, even on short notice. I have been going on walks/hikes in our beautiful parks (over 2 miles) and would prefer some four-legged company. I am very good at following your instructions, respectful of routines and choices you make, and sensitive to furry companions' needs. I'll send you lots of pics! I will board low-maintenance/energy pets in my home, not puppies or kittens.
