About: Dogs are my favorite thing about life, and I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by them. I started doing Rover as a way to honor my late dog Brody. I wished I had someone that I trusted to care for him when I was away - so I want to give that to other people/pets. With us, your dog will get so much attention and activity if they want it. I currently work from home. I live in a townhome surrounded by trails, and we’re out on them every chance we get. We - meaning me and my 1-year old mini doodle - Theo. He loves to play but is also great with puppies and older dogs by regulating his level of play or knowing when to leave them alone. We are excited to meet you! I’m currently working full-time but from home, so your dog will get lots of attention and activity including playtime and walks. My schedule is flexible, which makes it easy to accommodate care needs. I used to live with a couple of dogs in thr past but they wasn't mine. I used help take the dogs for walks though and fed them as if they was my own dogs. I love walking them. I love playing with them. Like balls, freezbie. I live in a apartment building and am only allowed to have to pets that live me anyways. I can however babysit as many as pets like other cats or even dogs as i want. There is no rule on that. I just love animals all together. So feel free to message me if you are interested P.S. About: I am a foster Mom for rescue dogs. I've also successfully trained a service dog for Helping Paws. Dog sitting is a way for me to socialize pets while helping out fellow dog lovers. I offer pick up and delivery service as well as airport runs for clients as a convenience for folks who live nearby. My home is conveniently located off of 394 and 494. The fenced in back yard is escape proof (rescue dog tested) and I have gates in the house to keep dogs from escaping through open doors. Safety is a priority. I retired from corporate life a few years ago and found my new passion is caring for pets. My husband is also a big help! I'm typically gone from 2-4 hours each day and home the rest of the time. Pet care brings pure joy and happiness into my day! My husband is frequently home when I am out and about. I have a fenced yard and doggy door that most dogs learn how to use very quickly. Making sure dogs are compatible with each other is a priority. Slow introductions are managed by having dogs meet in a neutral space and then we go for a walk so the dogs get used to each other before entering the house for more socializing.
