“I had to leave town last weekend and decided to see what boarding my dog Ding with somebody from Rover might be like. I hit the jackpot when I decided to reach out to Roman and Suzanne. Right from the get go they were extremely responsive and had the answers to all my questions. And so friendly! We did a quick meet and greet at their home and I instantly knew I’d be trusting my guy with them. Just really wonderful people and they clearly love the animals they take care of. And they sure took care of mine! I got lots of pictures and updates over the weekend, and Ding looked so happy in all of them. He really hit it off with their dog Sonic! The weekend flew by and after an easy pickup (they really made everything so easy!) Ding and I were back home. He totally crashed out after a fun weekend with his new friends. Cant recommend Roman and Suzanne and family enough! I’ll definitely be reaching out to for another upcoming weekend trip :) Thanks so much!”

She sent lots of photos and videos and kept me updated throughout the days while I was gone. She put out all of the toys that I brought for her and I could tell that she really took the time to keep my cat entertained :) I highly recommend Amber for any pet sitting needs! “SO so grateful to have found both Jacob and his wife through Rover - I think I suffer from far worse separation anxiety being away from my dog than she does being away from me (?) however, after meeting these two and their own four rescue dogs during a pre-boarding meet and greet, I had absolutely no worries that she would be in great hands. They were both SO kind, communicative, and welcoming. Their genuine compassion and love for dogs was immediately obvious, as was the fact that they both possess thorough knowledge of canine care and behavior. Wrigley even immediately recognized the house when I dropped her off and was so excited for her stay - that and the consistent updates/photos/communication gave me SUCH peace of mind and I will absolutely be reaching out for any future dog sitting needs. About: I’ve been responsible for friends and family’s pets since roughly 16, more recently cats in the last 4 years. Plenty of experience all the way from small skittish beagles to large reactive pit mix’s. The key is patience and that’s one thing I can promise with your pet, understanding and dealing with different breeds, ages, sizes, behaviors and sometimes even disabilities/health concerns (we love em all). Also have experience with cats, all the way to senior cats with disabilities/health concerns (hearing & kidney failure) to fat cats with spicy attitude, I would like to say I have a plethora of different experience to care for your pet. Lastly, I think I would be a great sitter by being patient and simply understanding what pets mean to people! I do work full time in office but have work from home flexibility, as well as I pick my hours so can be available if needed. I prefer boarding on the weekends but can be available during the week! I can be available to let your dog out every 2 hours if needed, as well as give medication, feed them, and play with them as well. I live in a 1BR Deluxe duplex, have half of the first floor house to myself, so ample room for another or two. Do have liter box, as well as enough space for another if needed. As well as enough space for a dog crate and their favorite toys, food and treats :) My young pit mix has plenty of space shared with Gibby my cat, but they always choose to lay on the same bed together !
