Jenevieve did have other bookings that were her regulars, but to make things more comfortable for our pooch, she had us come a little early so he could see that all was good, and he could get familiar before more friends came to play. I got lots of pictures of Phil having lots of fun and getting lots of snuggles. He truly made himself at home and that made us so happy! I appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful Jenevieve was throughout the whole processes and that made our visit to DSM really stress-free because I didn't have to worry about our little buddy at all! About: I have spent my entire life around animals, especially larger, older dogs. I am home full time while classes are online and am very flexible with sitting times. I am currently taking classes online for the summer, so I have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends! I tend to be busier on the weekends but if you give enough time in advance I am pretty flexible. I live in an apartment complex, and don't have a yard, so animals will have to be leashed when outside. I do not have a lot of space, so smaller animals are preferred, especially for longer stays.

Christy and Erkam did such a great job dealing with Emma - keeping her calm, going out for walks, and giving her medicine. They gave me frequent updates and immediately reached out whenever they have questions and concerns. Really appreciate the love and attention they showered Emma with.
