I grew up with a Husky/German Shepard mix which gave me early experience with daily pet care, routines, and understanding dog behavior. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for 2 years, where I worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away! I’m currently available on weekends and evenings during the week (7 PM-10 PM). Starting May/June, I’ll have a much more flexible schedule with increased availability! I provide pet care in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their usual environment. I follow all care instructions closely, prioritize safety on walks and during visits, and pay close attention to each pet’s needs and behavior. About: I’ve raised dogs, cats & goats since I was old enough to hold a leash! From bottle feeding kittens to training goats to do tricks, dogs feel like a breeze. For the last 6 years, I’ve taken care of family & friend’s dogs. My husband & I have a 80lb golden doodle (who is transitioning into his elder stage of life) so I understand the importance of daily walks, play dates, and proper grooming. I vow to apply the same care for your pet! I’m currently a server, so I work less than 30 hours a week & mainly evenings! This leaves me plenty of time to pet-sit or walk during the day, especially on my days off. I have a fenced in back yard, a park within a 3 minute walking distance, and an incredibly friendly golden doodle. He loves to play fetch and tug. We take our dog on daily walks, weekly baths, and administer the proper vitamins and ear care as he transitions into being an elder dog. About: I am a lifetime lover and owner of animals and I love to care for the pets in my community. Looking forward to meeting the furbabies in my area! I was lucky & got to be there when my former fur baby was born. Her mom let me massage her hips & tummy while in labor. It was her 1st litter & she was awesome!! She let me handle all 9 of the babies after she was done delivering so we could transfer all them to a clean bed & to help rotate at feeding time to ensure they all ate. All 9 survived & were healthy!! I was also a "doula" for my mom's cats pregnancy & she let me massage her tummy & handle her babies right away also. It's a blessing to see & be a part of.
