I highly recommend her to anyone who wants their furry loved ones to be well cared for! Thank you so much, Priscilla!”

“Great with my cats!!”

“Keleigh took great care of our anxious puppy and kitties while we were away. She checked in often and clearly gave our pup a lot of positive attention. Thank you!”

“Chelsea was great! Throughout our vacation, she sent us so many photos and updates on our pets. It was clear that Chelsea was great with all of them: the cats and the bird loved her! Additionally, she went above and beyond. Our neighbor dropped off something unexpectedly, and she brought in the packages and mail. Couldn't have been happier with her!”

“Katie was amazing! She was communicative and very kind. It was our first time using a sitter through Rover and we were not disappointed. Katie was friendly and accommodated all our needs. For the first time, I could say that we vacationed stress and worry-free. Our babies were in great hands. We have a cat and dogs and she catered to their needs very well especially since my Lion (dog) needs extra love when we are away during 4th of July weekend! I highly recommend her and will be looking forward to having her back. 💗”

“Steph is absolutely amazing! She made us feel so comfortable with leaving our angel Nova in her care. She’s super thorough and sent us pictures/updates during her visits! Thanks so much Steph. We appreciate you”

“Thais has been our preferred sitter for our 11 year old cat for quite some time now and our family has been so pleased with the care, attention and communication that she brings to every visit. We’d highly recommend Thais to anyone!”

About: I have had pets; mainly dogs my whole life. It’s so important to give them attention, play with them and to walk them on a consistent basis for them to be happy. I have done this for numerous people over the past 5 years I currently am looking to care for dogs and to walk dogs to supplement my income. I am very ambitious and love being outdoors walking my own dogs; it’s vital for them to get that exercise daily! I have two high energy dogs that are very friendly and playful; they would love to share their happiness and walks with other dogs! I have administered medications and often gives bathes after walks- especially after they roll in something on the walk or run thru mud.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Kaylee for our dog Nikko while we were away for two weeks. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure he was not only cared for, but truly loved and engaged. Kaylee spent extra time with Nikko, took him on car rides (which he loves!), and made sure he had both fun and comfort while we were gone. It was clear from the photos and updates—and even more so when we returned—that he really enjoyed his time with her. She treated Nikko like her own, and that kind of care is priceless. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We highly recommend Kaylee and would absolutely book with her again!”

“Jill was excellent for my cat sitting needs. She kept me informed each day about the food, water & litter box situation. Jill also spent time playing with my cat & even had to clean up a fur ball. I highly recommend Jill as a cat sitter.”

About: I have loved animals my entire lifetime. My journey started with horseback riding at the age of 5. I grew up working with horses and doing plenty of barn chores. Fast forward some years and I slowly changed over from horses to dogs!! I always had a family dog, but, once I got my first Siberian Husky 5 years ago- that changed everything! We got our Husky at 8 weeks and unfortunately he was very sick. But, with lots of TLC, he is now a healthy and happy boy! When I got him, I decided to reach out to a local trainer in my town who helped me with obedience training through Ghost’s first year. It taught me so much about the breed and just how spectacular & smart they are. With a breed like a husky, training can be the difference between an unruly dog who destroys your house or a well behaved dog. I’ve learned so much from the breed and dogs in general. I actually prefer my dogs (and animals in general) over most humans lol just kidding…kind of :) I’ve since gotten a second husky pup who is now 2. She followed the same training regimen as my first and is the sweetest, sassiest little girl. I have a lot of experience with puppy training and am a natural animal soother. Animals, especially dogs, tend to gravitate towards me. I think they can sense how much I appreciate them and love them. I continue to learn everything I can about training, different breeds, etc. and recently took a class on the science of dog training. I have some experience with training adult dogs, but, have had much more experience with puppies. My dogs know many commands- I’ll list a few of the basics: heal, walking heal, sit, down, stay, the word “no”, etc. They even press a button to tell me when they want a treat! I have a lot of fun teaching them. Even though they are trained, I continue to test them periodically at home and out of the house to maintain their skills. I have a fenced in yard at home but we still love to go for walks around our road, go for “Sniffari’s”, hikes, dog play dates, etc. I also work closely with my sister, who has her basic training knowledge with adult dogs- so together we are able to take on dogs from puppy age to adult age. I also groom- although I am not licensed to do so, I started grooming family pets years ago. I currently groom 2 golden doodles and 1 schnauzer/poodle mix. I have ever expanding knowledge and patience for days because I truly love my furry friends. My life revolves around my fur babies and I enjoy spending time with all dogs- and maybe even your dog one day if you are reading this til the end :) feel free to inquire more or if you have any questions about anything at all! I currently am taking a summer break from my part time work, so my schedule is flexible. I generally make a lot of time for my dogs and doing dog activities, so, I can easily add another dog into the mix or make time for your dog separate from my own dogs. If Rover goes well, I would love to continue working with dogs as more of a full time role instead of only here and there. Because dogs are such a huge part of my life already, I would love to have Rover work be my main occupation. They say you never work a day in your life if you love what you do, and I truly love working with animals and always have. At home I have a fenced in yard with cameras covering all angles of the outdoor areas. I also have indoor cameras for when I am away (for my own dogs). I have toys for playing inside and outside the house and even though I have a fence I would still watch closely to make sure everything is ok- especially in the beginning when things are new or a dog is coming over for the first time. If your animal is going to be mingling with my own, I would make sure that they are introduced to each other before letting them play together. Because I have two, I would introduce them one by one to your animal to be sure they are comfortable. If for some reason one or both don’t mix, then they can be easily separated. Obviously this will vary depending on if my own dogs are involved or not. My dogs don’t have an aggressive bone in their body, but, huskies sometimes tend to be a bit aloof and socially inept lol so they tend to rub some dogs the wrong way but not in an aggressive manner. They are just a couple of goobers 🙂 but so, so friendly and absolutely love playing with their established doggy friends and meeting new ones! I have never once seen either of my dogs snap, bite, etc to any other dog, EVER. I would still supervise efficiently to ensure all animals safety, no matter what. If I am at your residence- I will listen closely to what you need for your dog and follow those instructions. If there are not exact instructions, I will do my best to ensure the safety and happiness of your dog. Upon meeting new animals I like to get down on their level and let them give me all the sniffs they need to get to know me and maybe even a treat, too! If I feel like the dog is unsure or skiddish, I might spend a little more time giving them attention before going for a walk, etc. because I feel it’s important to establish a relationship prior to going forward.

About: I have owned a cat for seven years, and I enjoy brushing him, feeding him, giving him treats, cleaning the litter box, and cuddling. Sometimes he comes into my room, jumps on my bed, and sleeps with me. I also walk a puppy, a bulldog, named Buckiss. I clean up after him, and enjoy spending time rubbing his belly, and playing catch. At the end of our walk, I bring him back to his house, feed him, and give him water. I follow strict feeding instructions on how much food to give, and what kind of food he's allowed to have (no more than 2 treats a day). When walking in the winter, I make sure Buckiss has dog booties so his feet don't get hurt. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time in my schedule to care for your pet! I have a pretty flexible schedule When I come to take care of a pet in my client’s home, I make sure that they are well taken care of and I do everything I can to make them feel safe, happy, and comfortable with me.

“Erica did a great job caring for our 2 cats.”

“Overall, I would rate Lindsay as a good pet-sitter. Prior to our vacation, she was very timely in responding to my messages and she also modified the Rover.com charges to a very reasonable rate for her visits with our 2 cats. It was while we were gone that I felt she fell short. My first issue was with her inconsistency in providing updates on the visits - there was a photo and thorough recap on the 1st day, but on subsequent days there was less detail and on one day there was no update at all. My second issue was with the timing of her visits. I had made it very clear that it was important to check in during the early afternoon, but at least twice she didn't visit until the evening. My third issue was with attention to detail - I had left very specific notes about the cats' food/water/litter and it didn't seem that she had followed them. Lastly, my greatest concern was with the well-being of our female cat and her being bullied by the male cat in our absence. We came back to find that she had a facial injury and had urinated in a chair out of fear. All-in-all our pets were reasonably cared for, but I was definitely disappointed. Lindsay is a very nice girl and I'm sure she had the best intentions. I think the issues may have been due to lack of experience or perhaps I wasn't clear enough on stressing the importance of certain things. (To those reading this review, please note that I have very high expectations for the care of my pets and I think Lindsay is absolutely capable of meeting the needs of a less demanding client.)”

Amanda S.
“I have had Amanda walk my dogs for many years. They just love seeing her pull in the driveway. She takes them for long walks, by rivers where they can swim when it's warm outside so they can swim. When they get muddy or roll in something and get stinky or dirty she gives them a bath after returning them. Which I love. They smell clean and are fresh”

Tess B.
“If there is anyone I trust implicitly with my pup, it's Tess. She is loving, caring, and completely trustworthy. All dogs love her and she, in turn, gets so much pleasure from all her furry friends. Her own dogs are well-trained and treasured as VIP family members, and she treats my dog with the same tender loving care. I could not recommend her more.”

Kadriya B.
“Let me start by saying that Kadriya loves the neighbor's dog, Buckuss. She always walks him, and takes care of him on occasion, if the neighbor's need a pet sitter. When she was 18, our friends and neighbors at the same time asked her to take care of their dogs during their 3 days trip. She visited the neighbor's dogs 2 times a day and walked them, fed them, played and even stayed for an extra time just to keep them a company. Dogs were waiting for her to come and visit even after their owners came back.”
