About: As a military spouse I have helped care for our dogs and many of our neighbors dogs as well. From large to small, I love dogs of all kinds. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs, and our own dog loves the company of other dogs. I am a mom and am in nursing school, but pet care is the highlight of my day. My schedule is open during weekends during the school semester, and outside of that I'm fulltime at home. I have a fenced in yard and a dog and cat friendly home. I also have children at home, but they are 10 and up. I prefer dogs crated at night, but during the day they are allowed to roam inside or out in the fenced backyard and will be well taken care of with lots of friendly petting in my home.

“She did a great job with my chocolate lab, Pal. He's a large 8 month old puppy. I knew she could take care of him because of her past reviews . Pal was happy as could be when we picked him up. He went right back to his sleep schedule. I was worried that might change after being gone a week. Highly recommend Melanie.”

“Sabrina was Great will Miss Ellie!! She was attentive and flexible to her needs. I received great feedback along with pictures and videos while I was away. Ellie was running and playing when I arrived to pick her up! Love Miss Sabrina!!!”

“Our shadow loved her!!! She sent pic of her night with shadow which put me at ease, and she was able to get pic of shadow facing the camera, which we could even do lol. She was great and we will be using her again”

About: I have taken care of pets of friends and family members for many years and had pets as a kid. I now have my own golden retriever who loves to have other animals to play with. I am currently available to be home during the day on both weekends and weekdays to provide lots of play time and attention to your pet. I am a full time student but am currently on break. I have a very spacious house with plenty of room for the pets to run around and play. I have a membership at the local dog park to take them there to play as well. They will always have a buddy to play with as I have a one year old golden retriever who is very friendly to all.
“Amber was great with Mr B. We were kept in the loop regarding what he was up to with photos and messages and he was a happy pup when we picked him up:) Mr B had a great time with Lukas, Amber’s dog. Thank you Amber :))”

“Ashley was amazing with Sadie!! It was an emergency situation for us and Ashley made me feel so comfortable leaving our fur-toddler with her and her family! Ashley was so kind and had nothing but great photos and updates to send us throughout the week. We will definitely book with Ashley when needed in the future!”

About: I have had all kinds of animals since I was a kid ranging from fish to horses. I have always had a dog or a few and just rescued a cat out of the road who quickly became family. Fur babies are treated like kids at our house. I stay at home and take online classes so I have the ability to play with your fur baby and give them as many breaks as needed. I have a large fenced yard with 2 chocolate labs and a new rescue cat. We are very active with our fur babies and will treat yours like our own.
“Cars was so amazing! She sent me pictures of my dog everyday and kept me updated on everything so I knew he was ok. I was so happy she tried so hard to make him comfortable!”

“I have an almost 15 year old doodle and a 4 year old. Tara was very attentive to their individual needs. The 15 year old needs medicated 3 times a day and she did a great job of getting her to take her medicine. The 4 year old is much higher energy so she took her on supplemental walks. The girls enjoyed their stay very much. I recommend her highly for your pups!”

“Theresa was very thoughtful and kind! I always have a lot of questions and check in on my dog pretty often, and she was happy to report right back about how my dog was doing! My dog was very comfortable with Theresa and looked so happy and content in all the pictures she sent me. I would absolutely have Theresa watch my dog again.”

“Carly was amazing! We have avoided going anywhere since moving cross country as our senior Labrador retriever has arthritis and some hearing and vision issues. When we had to leave town for a family emergency, we were grateful to have found Carly on Rover and scheduled a meet and greet. There were no reservations after meeting her and seeing how comfortable our dog was in her home. Carly was accommodating for her needs and sent us pics and updates on her stay. We highly recommend Carly and will not hesitate going out of town again.”
“Sarah took great care of Milo while I was gone for 6 days! Milo is shy and can be slow to warm up, but she bonded with him and helped him feel comfortable. She sent photos every day and was a great sitter!”

“Rita is awesome with my Jack! It was such a peace of mind to know she and her husband were taking such good care of him. They have a great yard for the dogs to run and play. From now on she will be my new dog sitter. So happy to have a reliable and living person to take care of my pup.”

“Kelley was great! She was very responsive in communicating with me, sent me numerous updates and pictures throughout the day. My dog was very well taken care of. Kelley has a great backyard with a high secure fence. She introduced her pups to Chance and they all had a blast. I highly recommend Kelley, could not have asked for more.”

About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. We love walking dogs, playing fetch, petting them, and providing lots of love. We enjoy playing with cat toys, and giving them plenty of attention as well.
