We advised Loni that our dog gets territorial at times/when she is tired trying to go to sleep. We brought her over before leaving her to give everyone a feel and to make sure it was a good fit. Loni really reassured us that it would be OK and we didn't have to worry about how our dog gets "moody" at times. About ten hours later she called us (we were 5 hrs from home now) and asked us to send someone to pick up our dog because our dog was growling when her dog walked past her bed. I totally understand that this can make people uncomfortable, that's why we mentioned it to her before hand. We also suggested to just put her bed in a separate room at night time and this wouldn't be an issue. Loni has a child as well and again I totally understand and respect wanting to keep your child safe (although my dog has never harmed anyone/any animal she just gets moody when she's tired). Loni should have told us from the beginning she didn't feel comfortable with a dog that growls and we would have totally understood and booked else where. She seems like a sweet person and meant well but this situation really caused us some stress and anxiety, we are new to the area and don't have many friends yet (hence why we are using rover) thankfully we were able to find one person to grab our dog and he had no issues with her for the weekend she said with him.

Amazing service, great communication, I love the pix that I got in the updates I received while I was at work. I didn’t have to wonder or even ask how he was doing . I had a new message and pic to see each time i had a break from work. Kolby had a super fun time and is begging to go back…… thank you Loni!

Loni was wonderful! She took great care of our pup, was flexible with scheduling, great with communication, and sent us cute pictures of our dog while they stayed with her. We are very grateful, and would definitely work with Loni again!

Loni did a great job caring for our dog Charlie for 2-1/2 weeks. We wanted him to get personal care rather than a kennel, and Loni was that caregiver. Charlie was able to match well with Loni’s home, daughter, dog Timber, and cat. Loni sent us occasional updates with photo of highlights of his time with her. One one walk Charlie smelled a puppy that was lost, and turned out to be injured. Loni posted on Facebook and was contacted by someone who could get care for the puppy. A lost injured puppy with no food or water who would have been exposed to subfreezing night temperatures. We are very pleased with the care Loni gave to Charlie, and her concern for others pets.

We left Bella, our 6 month old pit mix with her and she did absolutely amazing! We got daily pics and updates of Bella and she would always text back right away! Bella had so much fun and we will for sure be having Kristy dog-sit next time we go out of town! Thank you Kristy!!

Loni is great with my dogs. I have a pitbull and chiweenie and they both love her. I feel very comfortable leaving them in her care. I trust her with my pets more than anyone. She's very flexible and provides great communication to let me know how my dogs are doing while they are with her. I get pictures and updates often when she's caring for them. She treats my dogs just like her own. She has lots of experience with both dogs and cats. She has my highest recommendation as a pet caregiver.
