“Bernard & Hung took great care of Mintz and Marshmallow. They were kind, communicative, and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which I really appreciated. They kept me updated throughout the day, including when one of the dogs had a minor accident—they handled it with care and reassured me. By the second day, both dogs were visibly happier, more energetic, and eating well again. Their space was clean, peaceful, and dog-friendly, with a lovely garden area. The photos they shared made it clear the dogs were comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend and would definitely book again when we’re back in the area!”

I received regular updates and pictures on how the cats were doing without a prompt. Elizabeth just sends them out on her own. She is happy to schedule time for you to come see your pets. I could tell when I picked up my cats, they had been well cared for. I would strongly recommend Elizabeth if you have shy skittish cats.”
