She is knowledgeable about dogs and very conscientious, having gone the extra mile to ensure that Emma was not able to get to any other animal's food (since Emma has food allergies). Patricia also texted me pics during the day of Emma enjoying her walk, which further helped to make my day more enjoyable by putting my mind at ease. I will not hesitate to book with Patricia again the next time I'm in the area!”

About: I’ve grown up rescuing kittens from the streets and healing them to health. I have two healthy cats at home that I take care of every day. They are fully vaccines and healthy. I have a passion for cats, so I am always doing research to get a better understanding of how they may think. I'm currently working full-time from home, so I have plenty of time to take care of pets. I get many breaks during my working hours. I love my two cats, I never discipline them by yelling. They are allowed on the furniture and have a tree house to play in and many toys all throughout the home. I work from home so I'm always around and I rarely go out. I like being home. I also get breaks to go out and do any drop ins. I live in a three bedroom apartment. There is one bedroom dedicated as my cat room, which has a cat house, scratch post, wooden home and many toys and tunnels for play. I have toys for them everywhere and constantly buying new toys. My cats love the their playroom. Right outside the window is a tree where some birds and squirrels pass, they love to lay on the hammock and look at the window.

About: I have valuable pet care experience from living in a condo with a housemate who had two cats. On weekends when he was away, I took on the responsibility of caring for them. This included weighing their food, cleaning their litter box, and refreshing their water daily. I also administered medication to one cat with hyperthyroidism, ensuring she received the proper care she needed. Additionally, I’ve housesat for a friend, where I fed their dogs according to strict diet plans. This role required me to wake up at 6 AM to ensure they were fed on schedule. I’ve always wanted a dog, but coming from a traditional Chinese family, my parents have always said no. By taking care of others' pets, I aim to earn money to pay off grad school and work toward my dream of adopting a dog one day. This flexibility makes it easy for me to dedicate time for walks, playtime, and overall care, ensuring that the pet feels loved and engaged. Caring for pets in a client’s home involves following their established routines, including feeding, walking, and playtime. I ensure pets receive their meals on schedule and get plenty of exercise.
