“Sampson had a wonderful time at Jessica's for daycare. She was able to accommodate us on short notice. She was very kind and updated me with pictures of Sampson as he played. Sampson slept very well after his day of daycare.”

“We thank Christina for looking after our Daisy and making her fell comfortable while we're away for the day. Christina is a very caring person. We'll be back to see her whenever we're in the area.”

“Ann is absolutely great! I appreciate the fact that she's taken the time and effort required to create an environment that is both fun and safe for dogs & cats. My dog loves being there, and he especially loves playing with her dog. Ann's love for dogs is obvious. She care's for my dog like he's her own.”

“Prior to meeting Ron, I was very nervous about leaving Mina at a sitters or dog daycare. But after meeting Ron, all of those reservations and nervousness completely disappeared. He provides an excellent dog care service. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed a highly qualified, capable and caring dog sitter. If Mina could speak I'm sure she would say the same! ”

“Thank you so much for taking such great care of him. He loves hanging out with you. It's funny because we will tell him where he's going in the morning and he gets so excited!”

“Lindsey was wonderful with our pup, Carlton! He spent several hours exploring in the amazing backyard with the sweetest dog, Stella. Love Lindsey’s care of our boy!”

“Jennifer did a wonderful job caring for our bulldog. He loved her so much and her space was just the right size with a fenced in yard. Highly recommend her and will be using her again.”

“This was the first time utilizing Rilyne and she spent the day with her (doggy daycare). First of all, Rilyne’s location was close to my home. Rilyne kept us up-to-date on how Addie was doing with pictures and great communication. Addie seemed to enjoy herself and was pretty tired from playing fetch when she came home. She slept later than usual the next day. Will definitely use Rilyne again and we already have a couple more bookings confirmed for the summer. Mary Ann”

About: Hi! I'm Michelle, I've been dogsitting for over 9 years for friends and family and finally became a dog mom in 2020--it's the best! My husband, Brad, and I both love animals and are excited to join the Rover sitter community. We are comfortable with dogs of any age and any breed, and would care for your dog as if s/he were our own. We can administer medications as needed (we mostly have experience with oral and topical meds, but are willing to learn what's needed for your furry friend) and are very attentive to your dog's diet and feeding regime. We can't wait to welcome your dog into our home while you are away! Michelle works from home so your dog won't be on their own for long periods while staying at our home. We love taking our dog, Joni, on walks (& runs) everyday (we usually go several times each day) and we have a large fenced in yard for additional playtime, so your pup will get lots of outside time to burn off energy and sniff. Your dog will have full access to our home, just as our Joni does, with a variety of toys and bed options (including couches) available throughout the day. You'll get regular photo updates of your pup's adventures while you're away (unless otherwise requested). My husband and I have a large, fenced in backyard that's perfect for zoomies and playtime, and live in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our 6 year old pup, Joni, is always looking for new friends and someone to share her toys with (she's up to date on her vaccinations and preventative meds). If your dog is crate trained, we'd be happy to find a space to set that up for them in our home during their stay, or they are welcome to use Joni's old crate which we can set up if needed. Additionally, feel free to bring any toys or bedding/blankets that help make your dog feel at home; we want him/her to have what they need to be comfy while you are away.
“Sarah provided a wonderful daycare experience for our dog Kingston. He struggles with separation anxiety and Sarah provided such a calm and relaxing environment. She has a lovely spacious backyard with just the right amount of stimuli. Sarah understands dog behavior and she’s so patient. She sent photos and feedback throughout Kingston’s stay which gave us peace of mind while we were away. It’s comforting to know another person cares as much about your pet as you do.”

“Great communications (several check ins, including picture) to let me know my mini goldendoodle Enzo was settling in with the other dogs and doing well during his first day. Enzo was calm and confident when I picked him up - indicating it was a good experience for him too :) Thanks!”

“I can't thank Griffin enough for taking care of my dog on such short notice. They were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent care. Highly recommended!"”

“Clementine loves staying with Melissa and her family. They do such a great job with her and are great communicators. They are my first choice for doggie daycare!”

“So glad to have met Ramon, and his dog, Dante. He took fantastic care of my dog, and even took him for a walk! After work, I brought a happy and tired dog home! I already have other dates booked. Thanks again, Ramon.”
“Stephanie is absolutely wonderful!! She and her sweet family went above and beyond to accommodate our very playful puppy and was sending updates frequently which I really appreciated. Our doggy is a very happy and tired boy after a full day of fun with them! Would absolutely recommend her for any dog owner looking for a sitter to look after them as if they were her own!”

“Couldn’t be a better first time Rover experience! Clover had a great day and Allison was awesome in communicating and 6:20 am pick up sure made my day easier. Will use again! 10/10”

“Maggie our Golden Doodle had a great time with Christine. We were passing through KC and wanted to go to a baseball game but needed a place for Maggie. Christine was able accommodate a few hours at the last minute. We all had a great day!”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover located in the KC area with 8+ years of dog caregiving experience. growing up on a farm, I spent my childhood surrounded by all kinds of pets and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve trained 2 puppies of my own and have personal experience caring for sick and terminally ill dogs. I’ve never met a pet I didn’t instantly love! I currently work from home with very minimal meetings throughout the week, so I have plenty of time and flexibility to play with and care for your pups! I’m available weekdays and weekends, as well as mornings, afternoons, and nights. as a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to keep your fur babies safe, happy, and on a consistent schedule! I have a fenced in backyard for regular potty breaks and playtime. I also have 2 very friendly dogs of my own (who are both up to date on vaccinations and have passed canine aggression tests) to keep your pup company. working from home, I’m able to easily provide frequent potty breaks, playtime, neighborhood walks, and most importantly, lots of love and attention!

Sarah was absolutely fantastic with our six month old puppy and her adorable dog Beau could not have been a better host! I greatly appreciated how much care and concern she has about our puppy’s stay at her charming home. She asked lots of questions to ensure all went well and kept us updated constantly on the visit! I cannot say enough great things about her! She is truly a great find here in the Waldo/Brookside area!

Ashley was an excellent stand-in parent for our Toby. She stepped in without much lead time to meet Toby at our home and get to know him, and then was kind enough to let him come to her home when we needed him out of our house for the day. Toby had a great time with her and will definitely want to see her again!

It’s always such a joy when Erin is available to watch my little buddy, Frazier. I first used her services years ago while visiting family in Kansas City, and she quickly became my go-to. Erin cared for my previous dog before he passed, and she’s also looked after both my mom’s and my sister’s dogs. One thing all of our pups have in common: they fall in love with her at first sight. Erin has a fun, gentle, and caring spirit. She’s incredibly mindful of each dog’s unique needs and is a great communicator. I trust her completely with my fur baby and will continue to use her services whenever I’m in town.
