About: I have had dogs and cared for dogs since I was 13. If I see a dog on the road I am the first one to pick them up and find their home or get them water and a yard until we can find the owners. I will love your pet as if it was my own and let’s just say my dog is very spoiled and well taken care of! Consistency is key with dogs and that’s very important to me. I hope to learn more about senior dogs, eventually I’d like to adopt one or two to care for myself. I am skilled at bathing and cleaning ears, assisting with training and behavior issues. I just graduated cosmetology school and accepted a new job as a stylist, my schedule is Saturday-Wednesday 8 hr shifts in the salon, sometimes I’m off early sometimes I have to stay late to finish a client it is variable. I’m close to the plaza as well as brookside and even Overland Park! I can usually be anywhere in kc/Kcmo in 15-20 min if needed. I do babysit as well but will make sure to provide an accurate availability. I have two dogs myself (one Golden’s 11 and a shih tzu that is about to be 8) they both get along with other dogs very well. I live with my mom and she is home most weekdays unless traveling, we have a pool and a huge fenced in yard. I have one set of stairs in my home otherwise it is a ranch style home in old Leawood and a quiet street. I’ve got baby gates for feeding separately or if I need to separate any dogs from each other. I’ve got multiple bowls of water for the pups through the home and they are allowed on the couch/bed if they like. Multiple dog beds and toys provided for your pets to enjoy!

I work a full-time job four days a week, but I’m available all day on Mondays and select weekday evenings. On my available days, I provide reliable walks, drop-ins, and attentive care that fits smoothly into my routine. For walks, I tailor the pace and distance to your dog’s age, size, and energy level: gentle and patient for senior dogs, fast pace for the younger pups. During drop-ins, I make sure your pet gets potty breaks, meals if needed, playtime, and lots of attention.

About: I offer over 5 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes and previously worked at a local pet store. I have also volunteered at a few animal shelters nearby where I walked, trained, and played with dogs and cats. I am also a pet owner of two dogs and a cat! Other than Rover, I am a full-time college student, so Thursday-Sunday works best for me! I am, however, available Monday-Wednesday at varying times, so message me to get something scheduled. The way I care for, walk, or play with your pet will all depend on their needs and level of comfort! In my free time, I am an avid runner and would love to take your dog on a run with me! If this isn’t your pets cup of tea and they prefer a little more leisure then that’s what we’ll do!
