I currently have a Border Collie/Cattle Dog mix, and I've helped care for her sister (my girlfriend’s mom’s dog), as well as dogs belonging to friends and neighbors. Im currently working in a restaurant so my schedule can be changed if booked in advanced. i am typically available during both the weekdays and weekends until 4 pm My house has a fenced in yard and my family dog is friendly but typically would stay somewhere else while your pup is with me. When I'm at your house I will make sure to follow all instructions and leave things as I found them. I will also make sure there is nothing for your pup to get into such as trash cans or anything else they tend to go after.

About: I grew up with two cats, a few bunnies and a canary. We fostered dogs at times growing up as well. My sister had a well established pet sitting/walking business and for years I helped her when she was out of town and met so many adorable pups and cats. A couple of years ago I started taking on clients of my own part time and have really found so much joy and fun keeping all kinds of furry companions company while their family can’t be home. I work remotely and have a very flexible work/life balance. Pet sitting and walking/feeding the lil furballs fits perfectly into my life and schedule 😊 As a general rule I try to learn as many of your pets behaviors and what kind of personality they have to try keep them as happy and as cozy as possible while you’re away or while I’m just feeding them or taking them for a walk

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life! I have cared for family and friends’ pets over the last ten years. I have recently adopted a cat named Moon who is 2 years old. I work full time as a book editor so I’m only available early morning/evenings and weekends/holidays. There’s no way to set availability by hour on Rover, so my calendar is marked as available for weekdays but ONLY for morning/evening walks. I am clean, respectful, gentle, responsible, and reliable. Every animal is an individual and I am totally fine with allowing them the time and space to warm up to me if they need it.

About: I’ve had family dogs my entire life, and have a 4-yr old Lab myself who is always excited to have a play mate. I live near several parks and have a fenced in yard. Let’s not get started on the bins of bark box toys and treats at my house. It would be my pleasure to provide a happy and loving home for your pets when needed! I just moved to this area so I currently do not have any regular clients yet, so my schedule is very open. I work remotely during the week so I can accommodate lunch time walks/check-ins and/or stop by early mornings or evenings. I have a fenced in yard and all of the balls/toys/treats you can imagine. My dog has a sensitive stomach so I’m very aware of dogs requiring different foods or having different needs. I also allow pets on my furniture since I have sofa covers.

About: Hi, my name is Tara. I am a MS student at Brandeis University. I grew up on a farm in India surrounded by a variety of animals. At home, I currently have 3 senior rescue dogs including an XL breed. I am great with dogs of all temperaments and have tons of pet sitting experience including caring for reptiles and amphibians, small pets, dogs, cats and birds. I promise your pet will get the same love and care you give them, when they are with me. MY POLICIES:- 1. I request a meet and greet with every new client. If you are in a 30 minute driving radius from me it can be in person, else it can be over FaceTime. 2. Please leave me a detailed schedule of all your pets needs including meal times and food preferences, policy on treats, number and timings of walks etc. 3. Please also he open and honest about your pets level of training and behaviour on walks, around other dogs and around new people for their safety and mine. 4. Please inform me in advance of any medical issues your pet is facing or has faced in the past that I should look out for. 5. Please provide all vet info for your pet incase of an emergency. 6. An emergency contact is essential. This is someone who is familiar with the pets and able to take over from in case of a major emergency. 7. In case of overnight stays, I request you appreciate that this is not a well paying job and in turn, please do provide some food I can eat. It would be much appreciated. For stays that are not overnight this is not needed. 8. Please also make sure your notifications are on and you are active on the app so I can contact you easily. 9. Tips, referrals and good reviews are always appreciated. 10. Lastly, be rest assured I understand how anxiety inducing it is to leave your pet in a strangers care. I will take good care of them for you and keep you updated with tons of messages and pictures! This semester I have a very light schedule with just 1 class on most days giving me plenty of time to hang out with your pet and take care of their needs! When caring for your pet I will request a detailed schedule highlighting their eating habits, medications, walk schedule and any rules you have for them in your home. I will follow this religiously. I will also send you regular photos and text updates of course!

About: Hi I’m Megan! I just moved to Boston, I studied animal science at the University of Vermont so I absolutely love spending time with pets and I know a lot about animal needs! I have experience with a variety of animals as I have owned dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, Guinea pigs, cows, chickens, and more! I interned at a vets office and I also worked with sled dogs (Siberian huskies) throughout college and did all of the care for them including feeding, picking up poop, bathing, and tons of handling. I have experience raising puppies and caring for senior dogs, and love both. Specifics for what you want for your pet are always appreciated! I work at a pre-school so I am gone Monday-Friday from about 8am-3pm, so any dog staying with me during the week would have to be comfortable staying home during the day. I love to be active and go for walks and having a dog with me makes it so much more enjoyable! Whenever I have a pet they become my best friend for the time we spend together and I take their care very seriously. I live in an area of Boston that is very dog friendly with lots of walking trails nearby! I have gained a lot of experience through dog sitting and will always listen to your needs and expectations for how you want your pet to be cared for. About: Growing up my sisters and I started a dog walking business and offered our services to all the neighbors. We walked and played with dogs of all breeds and sizes! I’m currently working as a college softball coach and looking to fill up my my schedule! My schedule varies depending on the season, and my days being wide open in the off-season.
