We were very anxious leaving our older chihuahua and standard poodle alone all day since they’ve become accustomed to being no more than 5 feet away from us since working from home the last 6 years. As soon as we met Deidre for the meet and greet we were put at ease. She’s has a calm, grounded presence that not only the dogs but even our scaredy cats responded too. She came by for three visits and sent full updates and many photos. We cannot recommend her highly enough.”

We had daily pictures of our old man cat and she rotated lights, got the mail, and even dragged our trash cans back in. About: Throughout my life, I have been very fortunate to grow up with animals. I currently have two boy cats that are a year old. They are my partners in crime. When I had a dog I spent time taking him to agility courses and dog parks. With my passion for animals, I have had the opportunity to watch other pets as well. I have sat for cats as well as dogs. In these past situations, I made sure to ask what the animal's needs are. When watching one of my client's dogs who has special needs. She had disabled back legs and needed extra assistants while watching her, such as walking slow and caring her up and downstairs. Even with her disability, she is full of love! :) Every animal has its own personality just like people. I can't wait to meet your pet and spread the love with them! Thank you! I am currently unemployed because I just graduated college. I am looking for a job but while I wait I would love to have more animals in my life! I have house and animal sat for many years. I am a great listener and great at asking questions making sure everyone involved is happy and comfortable with me in their home with their animals. I am used to adapting to new rules and homes.

I know it seems too early and sunny to think about the holidays, but I usually book up months in advance so reach out, even if you don't have exact travel plans, but know you'll need pet care. I currently have Labor Day already booked, but mid November - New Years is pretty much open, except one booking in Dec. Check my updated calendar. My dog care experience spans all ages and breeds. I know puppies are more work, but I enjoy working with them on leash and obedience training to maintain good habits while their people are away. I have experience with giving daily medications and have cared for senior dogs, one who needed daily blood sugar testing and insulin shots. I live mobile between pet sitting gigs staying with friends and family from Marysville to Olympia. I started pet sitting for clients when I was house cleaning during the time I was in grad school. Because I was already working in their homes and had biweekly interactions with their pets, it was an easy transition to pet care. It was also during this time that a couple of professors inquired about pet sitting. I was a backup for one of thier regular sitters and the other, I'm still their regular sitter 7+ years later. I care for your pets the same way you would. They like to sleep in the bed with me? Cool. They need extra outside play time or walks to keep their anxiety low because you're gone? Done. I am very intuitive to reading their energy and do everything I can to meet their needs. Do you have some anxiety about being away and want pictures daily? Got it covered. My experience with house cleaning also menas I take care of the spaces I am staying so I am happy to water house plants and take care of gardens if needed.

About: I used to own several animals and always loved having them around i would watch family animals take them on walks play with them i believe animals are family I am a self employed parent of a one year old I will have plenty of time to take your fur baby on walks to the park play time whatever they need I am attentive and caring I will always give your fur baby the same amount of attention as you would long walk play time whatever they need
