“Wonderful experience!! I will definitely use Ashley again and recommend her to anyone. She kept me updated and responded to messages very quickly. My cats were well taken care of. They are pretty social with me and not used to me being gone. So far they are not showing any separation issues and even the shy anxious one is doing great! Sad as it is to say it’s almost like they didn’t miss me as much this time :) Thank you!!!”

Zash made sure she always had food and water and kept the litter box cleaned out. You can tell she really enjoys animals and she makes sure they are doing well and are safe. I received a daily report of how Cali was doing and sent pictures of their interactions. Thank You again Zash. I highly recommend you!”

I'm currently working part-time so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am available weekdays and weekends with a flexible schedule to help meet your pets needs. As a dedicated and experienced pet sitter i understand the importance of safety, trust and reliability when caring for your beloved pet inside your home. About: Hey there! I’m Cass, and I’ve had life-long experience with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve raised over a dozen of my own from puppies and kittens to their senior years, and I’ve been a foster with Joint Animal Services for more than 5 years. I know how to keep them happy, healthy, and feeling loved at every stage of life. I’ve worked with shy pets, high-energy pups, seniors needing a slow pace, and even those with special medical routines. Because of that, I’m super comfortable with daily medication, extra patience, or working with behavioral quirks. Whether your pet needs a fun walk, a comfy place to stay, or just someone reliable to hang out with while you’re away, I’ve got you covered. I treat every pet like they’re my own—belly rubs, playtime, and lots of love included! I’m here to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for, just like they would at home. I always treat every animal like they’re part of the family (because they are!). Can’t wait to meet your furry best friend! Pet care comes naturally to me after raising them for so many years, so I’m able to give pets lots of attention, playtime, and bathroom breaks throughout the day. I’m always nearby to keep them happy and comfortable for morning walks, overnight visits, or just some midday cuddles. In my home, pets have plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. I have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it’s easy to create a quiet, separate area if neededl for shy pets or those who need their own space. I also have two friendly resident cats who are used to other animals and keep things pretty chill. I live near lots of walkable spots, so dogs get plenty of fresh air, sniff time, and exercise during their stay. Whether I’m caring for pets here or in a client’s home, I stick closely to their normal routine to help them feel safe and settled. I make sure they get lots of love, attention, and the kind of care I’d want for my own pets!

“We loved Helena, she treated our old dog with such great care. We will definitely be booking with her again and so appreciate her taking care of our dog.”

About: Hi! My name is Murron :) I have 10+ years of dog care experience; I grew up with labrador retrievers from all stages of life and I also house sat for local families’ dogs for a few years. The big boy in the pictures is Jasper, he’s 8 years old and my family’s 4th child :) He has epilepsy and had a double knee replacement when he was 4 years old. The little rascal who looks like a mini Jasper is Bodhi, or Bo for short. He’s my parent’s newest addition to the family and he’s such a crazy lil man, yet extremely clever in his own ways :) I’m very knowledgeable about different breeds and temperament. I love high energy pups; my history of care encompasses everything from grooming, walking, basic command training, and exercising. I am a server and bartender, so my schedule is pretty open during the day. Mornings are optimal, but early afternoons are okay as well. As a cat momma of one at the moment, I always have a very clean house that is spacious and has a lot of room for her zoomies and high energy moments. My roommate has a frenchie puppy so I help out with her care a lot as well.

About: * summer is here and I still have a few openings left so book asap! Also... I know it seems too early and sunny to think about the holidays, but I usually book up months in advance so reach out, even if you don't have exact travel plans, but know you'll need pet care. I currently have Labor Day already booked, but mid November - New Years is pretty much open, except one booking in Dec. Check my updated calendar. My dog care experience spans all ages and breeds. I know puppies are more work, but I enjoy working with them on leash and obedience training to maintain good habits while their people are away. I have experience with giving daily medications and have cared for senior dogs, one who needed daily blood sugar testing and insulin shots. I live mobile between pet sitting gigs staying with friends and family from Marysville to Olympia. I started pet sitting for clients when I was house cleaning during the time I was in grad school. Because I was already working in their homes and had biweekly interactions with their pets, it was an easy transition to pet care. It was also during this time that a couple of professors inquired about pet sitting. I was a backup for one of thier regular sitters and the other, I'm still their regular sitter 7+ years later. I care for your pets the same way you would. They like to sleep in the bed with me? Cool. They need extra outside play time or walks to keep their anxiety low because you're gone? Done. I am very intuitive to reading their energy and do everything I can to meet their needs. Do you have some anxiety about being away and want pictures daily? Got it covered. My experience with house cleaning also menas I take care of the spaces I am staying so I am happy to water house plants and take care of gardens if needed.

“Nora did an excellent job. Our cats were fed and watered regularly and we received updates with each visit. A particular quirk when you adopt the stray cats who invade your backyard is that your cats demand frequent time outside. Nora was cool with this and accommodated their outdoorsy needs with her visits, plus she was very easy to schedule with.”

“Isabella goes above and beyond for our kitties-especially the one who refuses to come out and see her. She looks under beds to find her and does everything she can to coax her out. We really appreciate having someone so dependable when we are away.”

“Alison has been my dog sitter for so long I don't know what I would do without her. She cares so much for each pup - and my pups are QUIRKY. She's patient, kind, sweet, and dedicated to being the best substitute dog mom when I can't be there. When my elderly dog needed extra special attention, she took it in stride. I highly recommend Alison to anyone who needs a pet sitter / dog walker / etc. She's the best!”

Newport pet parents share their Rover experiences
Caelyn was the perfect pet sitter! She took great care of our fur baby and even fed our fish while we were gone. She was extremely reliable, trustworthy, and took her time to give lots of love and attention to our baby. She sends pictures too! We will definitely book with her again!

Nicole was a huge help for me with checking in on my cat while I was away for a few days on a holiday weekend. She provided updates and pictures during the visits and was really easy to communicate with. Would recommend her and book with her again if I need it. Thank you again!

Zash is an awesome sitter! We have used her as a sitter for our three cats several times. Zash takes care of the individual needs of each cat, which we really appreciate. We have one cat that is older and needs to be enticed to eat and Zash gives her special attention to help facilitate this. We have another cat that gets lonely when we leave. Zash makes sure he gets some special 1 on 1 time with her.

I can’t say enough great things about Helena. I have worked with her multiple times and would do so again in a heartbeat. Helena can be counted on to what is needed and she is warm and attentive to my cats. The most recent time she cared for my two cats, one of them wasn’t feeling well and it was difficult to be out of town. I am so grateful for Helena because I knew I could fully trust her to pay close attention and be confident about administering medicine. I’ve had cats for the last 25 years and Helena is the best pet sitter I’ve ever had. I can fully recommend her.

Ashley was awesome!! My super introverted suspicious weirdo black kitty warmed right up to her day 1. Ashley was flexible, caring, made sure my cat was well taken care of while I was gone. Will be rebooking when the the time comes ❤️

Cierra was absolutely wonderful. She sent lots of great feedback with pictures and videos of our boy. She was super flexible with us and made sure our pup was well cared for. Quick to reply and would definitely use her again.

Lizzy was the best! We haven’t left our dogs with a sitter for a while, but they did so well with her! Will definitely book again! She even took out of trash for us so we came home and could just snuggle our pups.

McKayla is amazing. She took care of my dogs like they were her own, I’ll definitely be asking her to care for Zeus and Philip next time I need a walker.

Shannon is amazing! I got regular pictures and updates on how Goose was doing, and he seemed to be a very happy boy. Thank you Shannon!
