“Bridget did an amazing job taking care of our old dog and two cats over new years break. It was such a relief to not have to take our old dog to the kennel while we were gone - to know he was in a familiar environment with a sweet helper made it easy to relax while we were on vacation.”

About: I've had pets of all kinds ever since I was young, ranging from cats, dogs, birds and very small pets. I've been a proud owner of rescue dogs and cats as well as bred ones. I have a border collie who is my world. I'd love an opportunity to care for your beloved pet, whether it's fun playtime for your young furry family member or gentle affection for your elder pet. Please reach out to me with your questions. I work from home with evenings and weekends completely devoted to your pet's care needs. During the week I'm available to walk, play and do potty runs as needed. My two bedroom consists of plenty of room for running and playing. I'm currently setting up the spare bedroom as a care room with lots of toys and separated areas. The residential area I live in provides plenty of scenic places for walking.

“When there was a late sick call at work and I had to work 12 hrs without notice, Ari quickly agreed to walk Chewie three times that same day. The other nurses at our hospital day "thank you, Ari"”

“Ashley was great! She came over for an initial walk to meet our pup while we were home, at our request, before starting weekly walks during the work day. She responded very promptly and was polite and flexible. Our dog was very happy after the walk and we are very excited to keep working with Ashley.”

“As usual Taylor was great! She even went above and beyond when I forgot to clean the cat litter before leaving town 😬😬😬 and when one of the babies had an accident over night. I always know they’re in good hands with her!”

“Jeffrey was great about communication, being on time, and taking good care or our puppy Kluska. Will definitely hire him again when we need some extra help.”

“We had a pleasant first walk with Eric. Thank you Eric!!”

About: I look forward to spending time with your beloved pets. Pets are a special part of our families. I will treat your pet as it were mine I am currently available on a very flexible schedule. I hope we can find a time that works for you. Look forward to caring for your pets Please inform me of any special needs your pet may have. I want your pet to feel relaxed and happy. I look forward to spoiling your pet

About: From a very young age I've always adored animals of all types, and was insistent that I was going to grow up to be a veterinarian. While that childhood dream did not come to fruition, I never lost that love for animals. Growing up my family has had animals from as far back as I can remember. Our pets ran the range from big dogs, to small dogs, to pet cats, and even at one point 5 ferrets. I always saw taking care of our pets as a very serious responsibility. Having had animals for so long I also had the experience of taking care of elderly and ailing pets, and administering medication at times. As an adult I have two cats which I absolutely adore, Goose and Maverick, who are just thick as thieves. My husband and I have always rented and were never able to have a dog, but as we are in the process of buying our first home, we are also working on adopting our friends elderly yellow lab, Old Ben. I have a long history of being around and taking care of all sizes and shapes of animals, and I can't wait to meet your furry family member and give them the 5 star care they deserve! I currently have a full time 8-5 job, where I am able to work from home 4 days a week. I am able to schedule drop in visits and dog walks before my day starts at 7am, during my lunch break, or after 4pm. On Wednesdays I do have to work in my office in Tacoma so am only available after 5pm I take care of every animal on drop in visits as if they are my own. That includes, giving food and water, lots of playtime and affection, and taking care of litter boxes for cats, as well as long walks for your dogs. I also am always sure to send lots of pictures, as I know I appreciate them so much when my pets are being looked after by another.

“Nora is wonderful. She came over for a meet and greet and my pups were delighted to meet her. Their first walk together was a success and we are excited for many more.”

About: My dog care experience spans all ages and breeds. I know puppies are more work, but I enjoy working with them on leash and obedience training to maintain good habits while their people are away. I have experience with giving daily medications and have cared for senior dogs, one who needed daily blood sugar testing and insulin shots. I live mobile between pet sitting gigs staying with friends and family from Marysville to Olympia. I started pet sitting for clients when I was house cleaning during the time I was in grad school. Because I was already working in their homes and had biweekly interactions with their pets, it was an easy transition to pet care. It was also during this time that a couple of professors inquired about pet sitting. I was a backup for one of thier regular sitters and the other, I'm still their regular sitter 7+ years later. I am a writer, so my schedule always revolves around the pet's schedules and needs. I care for your pets the same way you would. They like to sleep in the bed with me? Cool. They need extra outside play time or walks to keep their anxiety low because you're gone. I am very intuitive to reading their energy and do everything I can to meet their needs. Do you have some anxiety about being away and want pictures daily? Got it covered. My experience with house cleaning also menas I take care with the spaces I am staying.

“Alison has been my dog sitter for so long I don't know what I would do without her. She cares so much for each pup - and my pups are QUIRKY. She's patient, kind, sweet, and dedicated to being the best substitute dog mom when I can't be there. When my elderly dog needed extra special attention, she took it in stride. I highly recommend Alison to anyone who needs a pet sitter / dog walker / etc. She's the best!”
