Kaylynn provided over her expectations upon receiving my dog back his nails were cut, his air was brushed and he smelled wonderful. The expense is worth it. If you're wondering about communication I received about 2-3 photos of different events she provided for my pup as well as his excitement. I was able to text and received messages as well.
