She went above and beyond to make sure our dog was comfortable and happy throughout his stay. Our dog is a very picky eater and refused to eat his kibble, so Christy thoughtfully offered him eggs, cheese, chicken jerky, and even some of the homemade food they prepared for their own dogs to ensure he was eating well. Our dog also enjoyed plenty of playtime. Their large backyard gave him lots of room to run around and burn off energy, and Christy even gave him ice to help him stay cool in the hot Houston weather. One thing we especially appreciated was Christy's excellent communication. She kept us updated throughout the stay and shared plenty of photos and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and comfortable our dog was. About: I’ve always owned a dog since being a young girl. I have raised puppies, owned ferrets, house watched birds, and have my very own doggo that I consider my own child (she’s got her own closet of clothes and is spoiled beyond belief). Our daily walk includes her breathing in fresh air as I rollerblade and then a round about walk/run to keep her in shape. I am a teacher so I work Monday-Friday but am free weekends. After school I dedicate my time to my fur baby. Lots of love and pets to give after a busy work day. Summer is neigh so I will be home 24/7 to give extra snuggles and the best dog vacation EVER for your pupper (or feline friend). I have a fenced in yard and a baby gate to allow for play in the living room and kitchen area. Doggos are allowed on furniture and plenty of dog beds and toys to play with. About: Since I was a little girl, pets and animals have been a massive part of my life. My parents also shared a love for animals, leading to a house full of pets. Some of my friends call me 'the animal whisperer' because I would always pet an animal everywhere I went. I have a part-time job scheduled only three days out of the week, leaving ample time to care for animals. During my free time, I usually practice my instrument and learned that dogs love live music. If a dog requires special attention, he/she is my first priority. I'll take my client's pet on a walk in the morning to enjoy fresh air and sunlight. After meals are distributed and digested, playtime for a few hours, then back outside for another walk. Depending on how many times my client's animal eats a day, I will follow such instructions and end the day with another walk.

About my Furry Family: I have a senior calico cat, 2 guinea pigs, and 2 large breed pittie/mixies. Our sweet kitty is in renal failure and has a neurological condition, one of our pups is a "Problem Child" with health concerns and allergies, our 2nd pup is just strong willed as well as having a high prey drive, and the guinea pigs are always so SQUEAKING happy to see me provided I come bearing food. I currently give 2 injections in house between our crew, we also keep all animals separated due to personality quirks, and we stay vigilant to keep everyone medications, separate foods, ect on the correct track. What that means: I hope that after explaining my own wild household, you don't think I run a zoo. What this means is that I am happy to be as accommodatable as possible! It is so hard to find someone trustworthy with your loved ones, especially when they each have their own special needs. I personally have struggled to find the right fit in a pet sitter for my own, due to the special needs we have in our home. I was very attached to my doggie and know a lot about small breed needs and temperament. I’m also available to care for medium size dogs on case by case basis. We always have someone at home, so your pet would always have company. I strive to provide the same care your pet would get at home. As a small dog owner I struggled to find a good sitter for my Shih Tzu, so I want to be that one person you can trust with your pet. I never book multiple families at the same time, so your pet will have all of my attention and care. I have a large house and a few acres of land to run around and have fun. We do not have any other pets right now, but we do have 2 small children who are gentle and great with animals.

About: I have raised cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, and even cared for reptiles and birds during 20+ years caring for my and others amazing furry friends. : ) I am able to walk dogs and care for all pets mostly in the afternoons and evenings and am able to stay over most nights I ensure the pet feels safe and relaxed around me with toys or treats, then engage with plenty of exercise, healthy meals, and calm speech.

Having experience with two German Shepards in my life, they have taught me the importance of training and regime. As a care taker I will always do my best to ensure that their schedules are well maintained. Whether it is a walk, going potty, 30-1hr of playing and enrichment, eating, receiving medicine, etc. I will do my best to ensure your fluffy friends feel safe and comfortable in their environment. Throughout the week I am typically available 9am-3pm (M,Tues,Thurs) weekends depending on work trips I am available 10am-8:30pm (Fri,Sat). I am also married so if we are boarding, my husband will be home as a helping hand! I have a fully fended and fairly big yard, plenty of room for a crate if needed, and willing to provide any extra accommodations for boarding. If I am visiting your home, I will respect your home as mind and be mindful to go above and beyond to meet your expectations whether I am caring for your dogs, cats, fish, birds, etc!

She went above and beyond to make sure our dog was comfortable and happy throughout his stay. Our dog is a very picky eater and refused to eat his kibble, so Christy thoughtfully offered him eggs, cheese, chicken jerky, and even some of the homemade food they prepared for their own dogs to ensure he was eating well. Our dog also enjoyed plenty of playtime. Their large backyard gave him lots of room to run around and burn off energy, and Christy even gave him ice to help him stay cool in the hot Houston weather. One thing we especially appreciated was Christy's excellent communication. She kept us updated throughout the stay and shared plenty of photos and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and comfortable our dog was.
